The food was way too salty. I mean every single item was so salty I had to force the last few bites down. No way that amount of salt is good for anyone. I mean how do you mess up rice! I am so disappointed thought I found my new go to spot because they are open late but nope. They can’t prepare the food right. I’m out.

If I could rate lower I would. Overstated to hide the bad quality in their meat, the deep fried tortilla in the chimichanga horrible texture, red salsa tasted like dirty socks. Even if I was standing up, falling down drunk I wouldn’t eat this slop. Also the meat in California burrito had tough bits that made the whole thing inedible. Avoid at all costs

I’ve been there many weekends in a row. And sometimes it’s good. Sometimes it’s bad, but lately they’re tacos, taquitos
With guacamole have been gross either. They don’t put guacamole on and cheese or they just put gross guacamole.. it’s gross

I asked for a burrito with no tortilla and could I have corn tortillas on the side and the lady at the front laughed Hysterically. She said no customized food here. She said laughing at me saying go to Taco Bell of Mc Donald’s. I ordered the plate instead with the potatoes on the side. They gave me raw potatoes and just threw some grease on them. DON’T GO HERE. RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We order out from the Circle and Platt location and have for years. The food is very good and the portions are more than ample. The food comes out quickly (drive thru) and the staff are friendly. overall 5 *

Listen to the negative reviews. It’s all true. Another Mexican burrito place to cross off your list; (This) Taco Star and Taco Express. They skimp you on the servings. The burritos are the size of a skinny rolled up burrito. You’ve got 95% tortilla and 5% meat. On top of that, it’s the only place that charges extra for sauces, which is ridiculous. Not even the Taco Star north of here by the Walmart charges for extra sauce, and the burritos are the real size. I wouldn’t have even minded paying. If they had the normal larger size containers and filled them to be full, it might be justified. Instead, they are the smallest little containers you could possibly buy and only a few drops of sauce which forces you to buy more. The two they include just isnt enough. Cross this Taco Star off you list, go to the Taco Star by Walmart, north 5 minutes, and get a real size serving. I asked for 2 green and 2 red and they deliver. Ever. Time. No extra charge.

I love this specific area! The food is always great they never skimp on anything especially the meat in the bfast burritos! I love the tostada’s and the bacon bfast burritos are always loaded with bacon I’ve heard some bad things about the customer service or the portions of meat and portions of sauces. I always go late at night and they never fail to deliver excellent customer service and portions! Keep up the good work taco star

I normally have nothing bad to say about Taco Star in general, however, my food was the main reason for the post. I ordered 2 fish tacos which are normally very tasty. This particular trip, there was literally no one else in line, they took their time making it and the fish came out hard and chewy at the same time. I took a picture of at least one to verify that I did get tacos from here, but majority of the other taco is in a balled up napkin. I was extremely disappointed because of their necessary upcharge on their food, but they took there time to make this, and I was extremely hungry when I ordered. Not a good look on this order. Hopefully they’ll be better next time.

I ordered a bacon, egg, potato and cheese breakfast burrito, but there was no cheese in the burrito, the bacon was old and overcooked, there was barely any potatoes in the burrito and they most certainly weren’t fresh, and the egg was overcooked and more like an omelet wrapped in a tortilla instead of scrambled. Not quite what you would expect for a $10 burrito.

Tried to order a burrito this morning the menu stated 7.60 but they wanted to charge me almost 9.00. Over 2.00 in taxes, what? Unlegally shady. The lady could barely speak english then tried to ask me to tip the entire restuarants employees for a drive through order, never again. Buyer beware. I will be reaching out to the BBB.
