I’ve had good experiences with this location for the most part. If I have had an incorrect order it’s usually corrected and made right.
I order delivery fairly often maybe once a month and the drivers are polite and the food is always hot when it arrives to my home.
The stuffed crust pizza and the brownies are some of my favorite items to order along with the boneless wings.

I’m in town on business and I ordered the special of Two Medium Two toppings,Bread Sticks of which I paid extra to have them Cheesy ,and a 2 Liter Pepsi..Upon receiving my order I didn’t notice until after the Driver left that both Pizzas Doughs where very,very thin of which wouldn’t allow My daughter,wife,nor myself the ability to pick up any slice without the toppings falling completely off..Called the store and the only thing the manager said to me was a $15.00 credit on a $33.00 order… Stay Awayí…

SCAMMING!!! ordered for pickup.. after being checked out I got the notification from my card on my purchase amount… turns out the cashier took it upon themselves to add a 20% tip to my card which I didn’t approve of..I called the store and was put on hold after asking for a manager and the manager never came to the phone… I’m on the line now with the customer service line and have been on hold for 5 minuets… had the cashier asked I probably would’ve tipped them but this is scandalous… PLEASE CHECK YOUR CARD TRANSACTIONS!!! and further more the pizza looks horrible!!! Never again!!!

Not clean. Ordered pepperoni lover pizza. Doesn’t look like it to me. Asked the server and all she said was “thats what you ordered”. It had less pepperoni than regular. Overpriced. Salad bar veggies so old they were starting to liquify. I was told there is an extra $1 charge for original pan crust because of more room for cheese, then the cheese didn’t make it to the edge of the crust.

The pizza was good but barely warm.
When the driver left she ran into our neighbors mailbox while backing out of our driveway. She didn’t stop to say anything. My son was standing outside and watched it happen. Then she pulled forward, put it back in reverse and it looked like and sounded like she hit it again, it was almost laying on the ground at this point. She still didn’t get out to say anything and they never called. So we called them and when I called to ask to speak with the manager and report it. I was put on hold after waiting 15 minutes I hung up and called back. I asked to speak to the manager again and this time the girl told me to call back tomorrow around 5. So who was she going to put me on the phone with the first time I called andwaited 15 minutes or was it just that girl knowing what she had done and left me on hold with no intentions of letting talk to a manager.

PLEASE NOTE THEY ARE CARRY OUT ONLY. We were looking to dine in and were met by an employee that was seated in the waiting area that was polite and told us they were carry out only.

I called to order the $12 dollar any pizza and they ran out of hand tossed and pan dough I understand it happens however they want to upcharge $2 for stuffed crust and won’t take the $2 off for their inconvenience. I ask to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t come to the phone. I had to speak to 2 other employees before I got tired of waiting for 30 mins and hung up. Very unprofessional and not very customer oriented. This is a you problem not a customer problem.
