Ordered a fish sandwich paid in cash did not get a receipt thankfully I open the sandwich before I bit into it. The sandwich was old and looks as if it came from the trash as you can see from the pictures. I contacted corporate several times and they said the franchise owner has the right to deny a refund or to contact me and that’s exactly what happened. Please never pay in cash without getting a receipt and always open your sandwich before you bite into it.

Food was made fresh, hot and sure was good. First & probably my last visit to this establishment; but I had a coupon to use, and I was hankering for a whopper! Tired interior decor left me wondering is it clean- or just worn? I had my pick of any table or booth to dine in as the restaurant was entirely devoid of other patrons. Good thing I didn’t have a pack of kids with me since the playground was blocked off, out of service. Glanced above my table and spied a big ol’ cobweb in the corner. Yikes. It wasn’t empty!

Whoever was working at Burger King on Saturday, 9/6/25 in the late evening truly deserves recognition and a raise. The staff was clearly overwhelmed with how busy it was, yet they kept their professionalism and handled everything with patience. My order was packaged neatly, the food tasted fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent despite the stress they were under.

While ordering in, most of all the employees were loud, making loud jokes and acted very unprofessional. There was even one employee, while walking around back behind the counter, openly eating leftover Burger King food they were serving. Plus, one of the employees tried to sell me day old onion rings. I asked them to make new ones and got an smirk attitude.

This is one of my biggest disappointments in Beaufort county. This burger King will go out of business in 2024. Its a Saturday this day I visited the dining area has just me with my $12.00 lunch. Just way too much for a hamburger fries and drink. I should have went to Long horns. Its $2 cheaper and much better.
The service was unacceptable. And the store was cold.
I will not be going back. Its a shame. I remember back 5 years ago on a Saturday there were 3 people working the counter and a double line for lunch.

Absolutely no management or quality control here. The interior is very dirty. The staff are all out of uniform, some even wearing pajama pants…all standing around laughing, not working…..it took 23 minutes to get out two combos, with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS inside….and to my suprise, the order was wrong……empty tea dispensers, and some of the soda dispensers not working….napkin dispensers empty……what an absolute shame. Will not be returning here.

I live on ladies island. Both the mcdonalds/Wendy’s. Seem understaffed and just dont have the drive that this Burger king has. Yes its fast food, and things may be off. But as far as Beaufort goes. This is top of my list. Well maybe chick-fil-a also✌️

My wife ordered a Whopper Meal and I wanted a larger BBQ Brisket Whopper. My wife’s regular Whopper was much bigger as my BBQ Brisket Whopper had ZERO Brisket and NO vegetables on it.

Check your drive through orders thoroughly, if you ever go there.

I waited for 35 minutes in front of the drive through ordering screen. This place is severely understaffed, as I watched over a dozen cars pull off from behind me to leave from the wait. You don’t pay them enough for them to work that hard – hire more staff.

For the ones working the counter – a sign saying the drive through is closed due to understaffing would go a long way and save a lot of peoples’ time.

Went through the drive through, no cars but mine, ordered 2 burgers and 2 sides. Got to the window, and gave my card to pay, hardly any greeting from the cashier. I had to ask for my receipt. She then told me I had to pull forward to wait for my food, but there was no line behind me! So, I sat there at the window for a minute or two, while she closed the window and turned her back on me. This was never acceptable when I worked at my first fast food job! Then, she opened the window and again told me I had to move up, so I pulled forward and just as I was pulling forward there was another associate bringing my food out to me – this could have been simply handed to me through the window! I took the food and I did not double check the bag, my mistake! I got all the way home and one of the burgers was not in the bag. I looked at my receipt and they did charge me for both. So, I had to drive all the way back to BK to get my other burger. I went inside and there was no line at the counter, but one guy behind the counter was leaning with his back to me. I walked up and asked for a manager, which he ignored so I don’t know if he was the manager or not. So, I proceeded to tell him that I was shorted one burger and would like to get that now, as I showed him my reciept. He looked at it, turned and yelled at the crew in the kitchen, “Hey you remember that Jr. Whopper we forgot earlier, I need it again, now!” No other words did he speak to me, as I waited. When the burger was done and wrapped and in the bag, he walked up to the counter and just handed me the bag. No, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing!! It was like I WAS THE INCONVENIENCE to HIM! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BURGER KING AGAIN! I am also calling the corporate headquarters for customer service and letting them know what a terrible experience this was! We tried calling the local store and they never answered and it went to a message that said the party you are trying to reach is not available at this time, please try again later, and they hangs up. DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS BURGER KING!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would have!
