Drinks taste like mold, I don’t think they remove the nozzles at night to clean them. Food was old and cold bacon was extremely burnt fries taste like old grease. Overall wouldn’t shop here again

Sonic Drive-In especially at this location can be up and down sometime. Sometimes your order get ready super quick and other time it’s take awhile for your order to be ready. Sometimes the food stay warm when you arrive home, and sometimes you have to warm the food back up in the microwave when you arrive home. One con about this location is that the French Fries always get cold very fast. A positive though is that the beverages and Ice Cream will always be delicious. Just like the Strawberry Sundae I have today on June 19, 2023. Ice cream and Strawberry a lovely combination.

This sonic has gone downhill. We had a similar experience about 6 months ago but decided to try again tonight. I spent $40 get home and cheeseburger is soggy and barely warm. Asked for no tomatoes but had them on there, not a big deal. The sogginess was the big deal. Like it had been sitting for a while. I had to throw away after 2 bites, just gross! Cheese sticks were still cold in the middle! Oreo blast I paid for extra Oreo and it was barely mixed with less Oreos in it than normal. Looked like Oreo dust! Peanut butter milkshake that I paid for extra chocolate syrup to be added wasn’t. Just all around disappointed and won’t be back. Carhops are always sweet!

Corn dog wasn’t cooked thoroughly and the wait was long. I wasn’t going to do a review, until biting into a mushy corn dog. The rest of my order was correct…. I hate that this is the new normal for fast food and dining at restaurants… understaffed, bad costumer service, inflated prices, and low quality food. I look forward to going back to cooking at home more. It’s for the best. The pandemic really ruined and exposed so many things, in our society.

Worst sonic in the area. Food is never fresh, or the order is wrong. A grilled cheese has always been on Texas toast except here. Got this one at a restaurant in Jackson Tn just now. An example of how the bread should be, no sandwich slices to save a buck.

I ordered thru the app, and check in, the screen said my ordered was going to be delivered and waited 10 minutes and nothing, pressed the red button they told me my ordered had to be made and they got an attitude. I was in a hurry that’s why I order thru the then still waiting. Bad service

The experience I just had at the Sonic on Hwy 70 was honestly awful. Placed an app order at 8:18 PM, got there at 8:24 PM, checked in — and waited over hour and a half. I get that they were busy, but when people who showed up 10 minutes ago were getting their food while I’d been waiting over an hour, that’s when it became a problem. Tried flagging down employees multiple times – got ignored.
When I finally spoke to someone, the assistant manager blamed me for waiting so long, admitted my food had been sitting out the whole time, & accused me of not checking in when my name had been on the screen the entire time. I asked her about a refund or coupon — nothing. She didn’t even have the decency to come back out to tell me an update. She made her employee do it for her which blows my mind. By time I left there, it was 9:50 PM!
Total waste of time and money. I am never giving them any of my business. Maybe if the assistant manager would have TRIED, then I’d reconsider. I’ll be calling tomorrow for a manager who actually cares (honestly if they even do).

I decided to stop after passing the restaurant…yes it’s half price burger night. I turned around ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a small drink. The price was $6.12. I felt great cause a single burger by its self cost $4.50 or more in change. My order came out fast and yes it was dreaming hot and delicious. I manage to take a pic I got down to the last bite. ( Summer& Appling avenue area across from Kroger)
