Hands down some of the best food I have ever eaten!
I grew up in the south and their bbq sandwich is just WOW. The breakfast taco is amazing! Eve the fries they make are something to write home about!
After we found this place we ate here every day of our trip that’s how good it was!
Everything is local and organic and really makes this place special! Their menu also changes depending on what they can get locally.
Thank you guys for the amazing food and conversation! My only complaint is that I can’t get more right now.

Hands down the best food truck burger I’ve ever had. The menu is amazing and ever evolving- but their flavor and food pairing are still continuously GREAT. Happy, friendly staff who care, delivering delicious food made with love? Doesn’t get much better than that. Highly recommend trying the Dynamite Shack!

Delicious and creative menu. We tried the caramel bourbon bacon burger, and it was SO tasty! Sweet, savory, smoky, and cooked to perfection. The fries are really unique too, almost like a combo of a homemade potato chip and a fry. I’ll definitely stop by the next time I see this truck!

Had a Dynamite portobello burger with no bacon from the food truck in Rollinsville on 9/23 and it was seriously one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Perfectly cooked, amazing flavor, just the right amount of spicy, and those thick chips it came with were amazing. Service was excellent, friendly, and quite reasonably timed considering how busy they were and how fresh and delicious the food was. All around, a fantastic culinary experience.

The best burger I have ever had, and it’s not even close. The chef is a master at his craft, pretty incredible what he does with different flavors. Menu is constantly changing, which is great! Everything made fresh, even the fries. Shaz is such a great dude and really makes his guests feel ago home. If you’re ever in the Nederland area and have the opportunity to stop by it’s a must!

Had our first burgers tonight. I had the Mineshaft and my husband had the Caramel Bourbon Bacon. Incredible. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Just as amazing were the homemade fries. Will be back and so glad they are so close in Rollinsville!!

High-quality eats from two super cool dudes, Shaz and Trace. Menu changes monthly and the menu for May has the best hot chicken sandwich you’re going to find anywhere as well as smokin’ pulled pork. Everything we’ve tried is good and we’re telling our friends about this place because it is a hidden gem. They do breakfast and lunch and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Even their lattes are bomb.
Find them in Ned and accept that you’ve found your new favorite restaurant.

We really wanted to like the Dynamite Shack. We are local and always try new spots to see if they might be a new favorite. But after two visits, our experience is mixed.
The good: The shack is now in downtown Nederland in the parking lot across the street from Busey Brews. It’s a good spot for food trucks, with easy parking and room for the tables to be a little way from the street. The staff are friendly and the guy taking orders had an awesome hat on. On our first visit, the pork sandwich and pork tacos were not bad, and the slaw was good, too. On the second visit, the ingredients for our ground brisket burgers seemed high quality. The fries were freshly hand-cut with the skins on. The sauce was spicy by Colorado standards, which made it perfect for our taste. The medium-well burger was well cooked. The second burger was not cooked properly, but was replaced immediately, and when the second try also was not cooked to order, the offer was made to give us our money back, so customer service was great.
The bad: Both our dishes on the first visit were bland, even though there were a lot of ingredients that should have imparted plenty of flavor. They were also out of fries. On the second visit, we had an issue with the preparation of the meat. I always order my burgers medium rare, so I’m used to and enjoy a warm red center. The center of a burger should not look raw, though, and this one did. I didn’t feel safe eating it, so I asked for it to be re-cooked, which the cook promptly did. We agreed the second one should be medium, to be sure. When it arrived, it was on the rare side of medium-rare — clearly the center was red, not pink. In addition to this basic issue with the quality of the food, the fries were super salty, and there was more sauce on the burger than needed for flavor. It was very messy to eat. And finally, the price seems high, even for gourmet ingredients, at $16 for a burger and fries.
In conclusion, this new food truck business has promise, but also some things to work on. I wish them well, but will wait a while before trying them again.

The Dynamite Burger is a must have, I didn’t have time to take a picture since it was gone in minutes . Sometimes located at one of the best breweries I’ve been to, The Knotted Root, make sure you make a stop when this truck is here.
To add, the owners are amazing and make killer smoothies!
