I ordered a toasted raisin bagel with schmear and an avocado bagel toasted. Both were delicious. My only complaint is they forgot to toast the raisin bagel and the amount of butter that they put on there was thick. Since that bagel hadn’t been toasted none of the butter smear was half of it off because it was just thick, cold butter. Maybe a little bit more of the everything seasoning on the avocado toast because it was a bit bland. Maybe if they put just a dash of salt on the avocado to bring up the flavor. Otherwise, the service was great. Meant by friendly faces. My online order was ready when I arrived which had been put in about 20 minutes earlier.
This was the perfect snack for me to eat between pet sitting jobs.

I am visiting from England and have been using the drive-thru daily. Saliyah has been brilliant and recognised my voice. She got my order right everytime (other places cannot understand my accent) and is a lovely person. The bagels are delicious and the coffee always hot and fresh. Will be back in June!

We ordered breakfast bagels to go. I ordered egg and turkey sausage on an ancient grains bagel. Everything was delicious and I would have given 5’s but the Turkey sausage patty seemed to be on the small side. Definitely doesn’t follow Texas motto of “Everything is bigger in Texas”!

Attention Carb Lovers… THIS is your place! I love the variety that’s available. You could come here everyday and get a different bagel. The bagels are soft on the inside but slightly crisp on the outside. And the toppings seem endless. I’m a sucker for Avocado Toast. So the Avocado bagel is my usual go to. This location is clean and the staff are very friendly.

You order from the mobile app, and when you arrive, they tell you they don’t have it. The offer substitutions, but if you don’t like the options you have to call corporate and wait on hold for 30 minutes to get your 5 bucks back. Don’t waste your time. Caribou Coffee next door is better anyway.

Update: Mother’s Day 2024-I ordered two bagels and requested extra cream cheese. The employee repeated the order back to me including the extra cream cheese. What I received was a thin version of what they normally put on the bagels. I looked at my receipt and she didn’t add extra cream cheese to my order (I’m willing to pay extra). I would have been ok with what they normally put on the bagels but to get a very thin version of that, is not ok. I added pictures as a reference. Reducing the 3-star to a 1-star.

2023 Review-I’ve never dined in but do go through the drive-thru a couple of times a week. The staff has great customer service overall. Unfortunately, I always ask for a plastic knife because the cream cheese is never spread evenly on each side of the bagel. Its like they plop it on and then smash the two sides together. I don’t mind spreading the cream cheese the way I like it but this morning my experience was different than typical. I always ask for it to be lightly toasted, it was only warmed up. By the time I got home it was back to room temperature and no crunch to it at all. I also only received almost less than half what I normally get in regards to the cream cheese. I’ve attached what it looks like when separated and it’s obvious whoever prepared mine today, is not how I typically get it. It clearly shows I did not get the amount of cream cheese that typically goes on it. This won’t stop me from going back because it’s the only one near me that has a drive-thru. How I receive my bagel really depends on who makes it. One bad visit isn’t enough to stop going at this time.

This is a very nice and new Einstein Bros. Bagels. My food and drink was made to order and the staff was very friendly. My complaint though is I came in instead of using the drive thru because my son was awake and I didn’t want to sit in the drive thru for to long. The food I ordered came out very quickly (a to go order) but it took almost 10 minutes to get a small coffee. That is just way too long for having 5 people behind the counter and me being the only one there. If I had realized it was going to be take that long I would not have ordered the coffee.

Drive thru service is good. Can back up during high traffic times, but order accuracy is strong. Really nice bagels. French toast and sesame are my faves, but they are all good. Toasted. Sandwiches. Unique option to get two eggs instead of one. Egg white only options. Easy access from freeway.

Felt very rushed when ordering, picked the 13 Bagels and didn’t even let us pick which ones we wanted before she had rung us up. Bagels were sliced very poorly, like if they were in a hurry. Check out the pictures.

Today I ordered the Ham and Swiss off of the lunch menu. Got home… and the bagel literally only had ham and Swiss on it, no sauce, onions, lettuce or anything… I could have just made a sandwich at home instead of driving 30 minutes one way
