Finally tried this place and glad I did. Very good bagel breakfast sandwich (Meat Lover’s) and an Americano. I called ahead to see if it was okay for my dog, and they said yes as long as there wasn’t a crowd (understandable as it’s all indoor seating). Would definitely recommend. Bonus, it’s only half a mile from my house, and on my way to work.

Bishop’s is a charming coffee shop with 4 – 5 tables as well as a small sofa and chair for additional seating. Today was my first visit. I liked my cinnamon crunch bagel with the cinnamon, honey and honey spread. The peanut butter flavor come through very well in the Reese’s Latte that I had – it is today’s special. My husband shared a bite of the meat lovers bagel he ordered with me. It was tasty, very filling

Once I discovered there was a new coffee/bagel shop on my way to work, naturally I was going to stop there as soon as possible.
Located in the plaza next to Circle K and Perfectionals Barbershop, there was plenty of parking to choose from this early in the morning.
The shop was decorated nicely with a lot of seating, including two reading nooks in each window.
I ordered a large coffee with cream and a very berry bagel with cream cheese. I then sat for about 5 to 7 minutes awaiting my order as there were two people ahead of me. My bagel was ready first and they made a fresh pot of coffee for me!
I only spent about $9 with my tip included.
The coffee is solid. I’m a simple guy but they had a vast array of other drink and breakfast options. I’m looking forward to trying more in the future.
It’s great to have another local coffee option besides Coffee Tree Roasters along the main drive in Westover!

I was in town for work, and I always try to experience local restaurants while I’m new towns. Someone recommended Bishops to me so I decided to try them out. I had the Cinna-Crunch bagel and it was amazing! The atmosphere felt homey and welcoming. The girls behind the counter were cheerful and gave great service. I highly recommend Bishops for anyone local as well as those traveling through looking for something other than the chain restaurants.

Excellent bagels and coffee. Take it from a New Yorker and bagel connoisseur like myself, these are def best bagels in Morgantown. Very soft bagels.
The Lox (salmon) bagel packs a mean punch. Like an entree all by itself. Very filling and leaves you feeling indulgent but yet energentic and pumped. It really hits the spot.
If you’re looking to get a classic quick breakfast in Morgantown, Bishops is now my only choice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic coffee and bagels! Unfortunately, they were out of the savory bagels by the time I got there but the plain was still pretty terrific. The girls were very sweet and accommodating. The decor is super cute and the environment is cozy. I loved the silly signs in the restroom. I was happy to see how busy they were, a clear sign that this is a much needed business in this area. I will definitely be back!

premade eggs, premade bagels, and still took 3 hours for my sandwich so we left without it. i asked for a double espresso and received two different lungos? was expecting more. the community deserves higher standards and real food. the vibe sucks because everybody is impatiently waiting. there are other bagel shops in motown that actually make their bagels GOODFELLOWS

Ordered the Cinna-crunch, it was amazing. The bagel was soft and sweet and the topping was perfectly crunchy. The staff was nice and helpful. The music wasn’t too loud, the tables were clean, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy.

We had high hopes. They were crushed. We waited over an hour for one bagel while we watched the owner’s family of over 10 people order after us and get their food minutes later. The family consisting of 6 children crawling across the floor and running around the crowded room. Then, we got our bagel and it was the wrong bagel, without the toppings the menu said, and it looked like this. All the while, we watched them bring out premade bagels from a bag and trays of premade eggs. For $10. Not good. Don’t recommend. Bagel makers looked like they hated their lives. The drinks were the only good thing about our experience. They actually came out in a timely manner and were correct. Atmosphere would have been better if there were about 10 less children. There were multiple customers that walked in, saw the line and people waiting, and walked out. Might be a better experience if you’re related to the owners.

I’m so happy I stopped here for breakfast this morning! I ordered a latte and an asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Everything was delicious and they had it all done and ready to go within a minute or two. The girl who rang up my order was very nice as well. I wish I would’ve had more time to sit and enjoy the space inside because it looked so cozy and inviting. I’ll definitely be back!
