We went in at 5:30, or so and ordered our sandwiches. The lady working did the standard greeting and rushed us along with making our choices. We presented a coupon when paying and she instantly says, “You have to buy 2 and this one doesn’t qualify” and automatically tore another coupon off the paper. We had read the fine print before going in and my sandwich was not on the list of disqualified sandwiches. We mentioned that and she said, “you’re lucky I’m taking a coupon, most of the other subways don’t even take coupons”. Uh, what? I know it says something about at participating stores, but i feel like she didn’t want to take the one we had torn off the coupon sheet of paper. We pay, then exit, and before we left, all the lights are off inside. It wasn’t even 6 pm. I realize stores close early now, but wow, that early? That explains the rushed feeling when we ordered… Our sandwiches were good though.

There’s one gal that’s usually running the show here and she is amazing. My order is always perfect and it is so appreciated. Many places don’t care about quality anymore but I never worry about that when ordering from this subway. Thank you, I’ll be back <3

Ordered online for a 12pm pickup. Crossed my fingers knowing it was lunch rush time. Steak and cheese and meatball subs. Usually disappointed by all the other food chains I was hoping for mediocre at best. What a wonderful surprise to find that this Subway came through with two of the best subs that we’ve had in years. We’ll definitely be repeat customers! Thanks for the great food and customer service in a time where it’s sorely lacking. And the bogo coupon on the app was honored as well as bonus points from prior orders.

This is the best subway around hands down. Always as expected I ask for extra sauce there’s extra sauce there’s a side cup. Love this location! Absolutely the best! Thank you. Maybe check when they’re open. The hour seem to vary. Other than that, it’s the best subway you can order

Everything was great. The sandwich was prepared EXACTLY as I requested. Normally this never happens at this restaurant chain, because they’re so hussling to get your sub done since there’s always someone else behind you! small details always makes the BIG difference! I will start coming to this location more frequently!

Food and staff was fantastic. What wasn’t great was the manager hiding in the back while one employee handled an entire store full of people. Heather, the manager only stepped out once to ask the one employee to cover a shift and when he said he couldn’t she proceeded to berarate him about it and threaten to call his family to verify his excuse, she then insulted him in front of the entire store and threw the store phone at him. 2/10 will not return

If you own a business in the 21st century you need to lean to update your Google info. Drove 12 miles one way cause they were supposedly open till midnight. Got there at 930 and they where already closed. Very disappointing.

I don’t review places because I think everyone can have a bad day…. Til today June 28th 2018 after me and my family went to the movies we decided to take my child to Subway because it is his favorite place. It was the worse experience of my life. It took more than 10 mins to get my child’s sandwich and it seemed like only one person was working. A young woman was making sandwiches and ringing people up while another worker did nothing… I was shocked because it usually takes 5 mins in and out even on a busy day in other locations. Warning: DO NOT GO HERE! Until they hire extra people or retrain those workers you will be waiting more than 10 mins in line for ONE SANDWICH! I didn’t order two because the one took 10 mins FOR ONE SANDWICH! It was not a lot of people there this day either. I won’t be going back to this one… Have a great day!

My family and I visited this location and was told by the female employee that it was disrespectful to visit a restaurant 15 minutes before it closes. Why is the restaurant open until 10pm if they don’t want to serve until that time. This isn’t a fine dining restaurant where they have to cook a full meal. I thought it was disrespectful for the employee to treat the customer that way. She needs to have a class in customer service and how you treat customers who pay you for your minimal wage job.
