We enjoy Zeppes when we go to Lagoon and now we are so happy Zeppes is nearby! So many yummy flavors to choose from. Cotton candy is our favorite. We tried the churro donut and it was soft and flavorful. So delicious! It is a nice replacement for the churros we used to enjoy at Costco.

We had such an amazing experience tonight! Kudos to the owner for training their staff so well to be fun, attentive and kind. And of course thank you to the employees who made it such a great night! Not to mention the gelata… oh. my. gosh. Honestly one of the best treats I’ve had in a while. The mix of amazing flavor (my fave was the Tigers Blood) and the creamy custard was to die for. Then I went back and got a big soft pretzel… heaven. So much butter. It was soft and just perfectly heated. We will be back very soon!!

Only tried the custard so far: classic chocolate and vanilla, plus a few creative flavors. The taste is similar to custard from Culver’s or Andy’s.
Things they can improve:
1. Their salted caramel custard is too subtle.
2. They need more variety in toppings.
3. A smaller size concrete option would be great. The current size is honestly more custard than is healthy to have in one sitting.

It pains me to give a 4-star review because Zeppes is one of my favorite treats… but the service here feels really inconsistent.
We came on a Friday night and the employees were great — super friendly and even offered us a water cup. The very next day we brought friends back, and the experience was totally different. The attitude felt off, and we were told there’s “no such thing as a water cup,” but we could buy a bottled water (and they only had one left). It made for a pretty awkward interaction.
The Zeppes in Saint George and Springville both offer free water cups, so the inconsistency was confusing. Still love Zeppes — just hoping for a more consistent experience next time (and water with my sweet treat would be GREAT).

The custard was amazing!! But they need more employees working at 7 on a Wednesday. There were like 2 that I could see, and they were clearly overwhelmed with only a few people in the drive thru. Otherwise I had a great experience.

We are so stoked that Zeppe’s is finally this close to home! My prayers to the cold dessert gods has finally been answered!! The cotton candy gelata is always incredible! Huge shoutout to Rihanna—she made our visit extra fun and welcoming. Her energy and service were top-notch! This is definitely going to be a regular treat spot for our family. Highly recommend!

First the good, the product is fantastic, 5 starts without question. If I could get the product without dealing with anybody this would be the whole review.
2 visits, significant issues getting the correct order both times. On both occasions I gave my order, I didn’t get what I ordered and had to go back and get what I asked for. On the second visit they were out of the item I asked for, that happens but I’m surprised it happens in the middle of the day long after and long before any kind of rush. After reminding them, they started making something else, but after 20 minutes we went up to ask where that was, which is when we were told they were out of another ingredient & they just hadn’t bothered to tell us. Service was not quick on even the initial order despite there being 4 employees (one the owner i believe) and only 3 customers in store plus a couple in the drive through. I could see the man I thought was the owner come abs check on other tables to make sure they liked their orders, but for some reason he avoided our table.
My other issue is a simple one, they don’t have soda, except root beer and you can’t have root beer unless you buy a float. Water is available, but only in a bottle.
I genuinely hope they work out these issues. I would like to see them succeed, but at this point in on a slow afternoon is expect better. I’ll update my review if I see improvements.
