Pizza burnt with no sauce. Wings not done with no sauce on the wings. Cinnamon bites with no cinnamon. A total waste! Food is too expensive to send some mess like this. Does a manager not check food orders?

I just moved to the area a couple of months ago. This is my third time to have Pizza delivered for my family. It’s so difficult finding a Pizza place that can make a perfect Pizza. My family, we like the stuffed crust and each time we have ordered these pizzas, they’re just delicious. I appreciate that this domino’s is consistent. I have very happy children right now. And even Mommy is happy. So I wanna say, thank you and keep doing what you’re doing, making people happy.

If I could pick 0 stars I would!! Worst customer service ever. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to call in about my food. My pasta was burnt my wings were uncooked and my pizza was missing toppings. I spoke with the manager frank who had an attitude about an order they messed up. I would not recommend ordering from this location. Very rude and unprofessional

Every time we order we always choose Extra sauce. Our pizzas are always great until the last 2 times. Today after I ordered I even called as soon as my order was placed to let them know how awful our pizzas were from the week before & to please make them correctly this time. The girl sounded like she COULD NOT care less. My husband picked up the pizza and if it wasn’t crap again. The only sauce on the pizza was the grease from the meat. My husband called up there and they couldn’t sound more inconvenienced. We don’t live by there, so going back isn’t something we cared to do. Customer service was trash. If you don’t want to be there and make orders the way they are ordered, don’t work.

Update- Tried them again & was disappointed once more. They delivered our food but forgot a pizza. Tried calling them to notify them, & they left me on hold for 30 minutes. Had to drive to the store to get the order corrected after paying a delivery fee. Never again!
Highly disappointed in the lack of quality of their food. The wings barely had sauce on them, & the pizza was burnt. Pasta was dry & had little sauce in it. They almost burnt it as well. The only perk was the delivery driver was very polite. $60 went down the drain.

Answering the phone and putting someone on hold without saying anything isn’t how you do business. Then they leave you on hold until you hang up. Horrible.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order at 6:41 PM from the Mesquite Galloway location and accidentally selected carry-out instead of delivery. I called right away to fix it—and not only did they try to charge me TWO more times instead of just updating the order, but I was also hung up on SIX times.
That’s right—six separate calls, each one ending with them either hanging up or brushing me off with blatant attitude. They claimed they were “too busy to cancel” the order, which is completely unacceptable. That’s not a policy—it’s just laziness and bad service.
I wasted over 20 minutes dealing with rude, dismissive staff who clearly didn’t care about resolving a simple issue. This location has no respect for customers or their time, and trying to charge me multiple times on top of that? Absolutely shady behavior.
I want management to see this and address it. This place needs serious retraining—or a reality check.
