Probably the worst little Caesars, the app to pick up the pizza is useless. Last time I went it took 45 min to get my pizza. I told myself never again… I should have listened to myself. Today I placed my order through the app and it said it would be ready tomorrow…the next day. Pizza has been subpar.

Food is not ready by the time it’s says, always 10-15 minutes late. The pizza is undercooked at times where the dough is still raw in the center. They forget to give you the crazy sauce so you have to always ask. The crazy sauce is only half full. They forgot sausage on a supreme pizza I ordered before. They take forever to answer the phone. They need to be retrained or need a better manager on site. Not impressed…

Staff was rude believe she was a manager (hispanic)with the black shirt on. I walked in & she didn’t even acknowledge me, kept laughing & talking & walking back & forth to another employee. it’s good if you want crazy bread or the cheese bread is good too it’s like a mini deep dish pizza… the crazy sauce is good too. I order thru ue/Postmates but used to go there and they were always behind on orders and had a bunch waiting inside a busy times. I get it to extent but js the comments are true on that end.

No wonder the ratings so bad, my first time ordering from them and also my last time!
I ordered some wings for pickup and when I got there, the food wasn’t in the warmer. I went up to the counter and asked about my order. The guy who helped me was a man with black glasses. Keep in mind, he took care of another lady’s pick up when I was there first. He couldn’t find my order in the warmer, and asked me “you didn’t take it?!” While he actually saw me walked in, then he proceeded to get me another box of wings and throw it down on the table! The service was unprofessional and inconsiderate.

First and last time at this Little Caesars Pizza I tried calling and they won’t answer I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and then I finally get there and I’m not even greeted there’s four workers walking around one of them which is on the computer doing absolutely nothing just looking at the computer screen I wasn’t greeted at all I had to speak up and say something and ask them to do my pizza well done because they wouldn’t answer the phone he had already put the pizza in the box and it wasn’t even the pizza that I ordered we’re service at a Little Caesars ever do not recommend it at all if I could put zero Stars I would
