I love this new guy Antwan they put here I think he’s the new General Manger. I go here three times a week and I can definitely see the effort. he is the FIRST person to come to my table and check on us to see how was the food and did we need anything. I definitely had to get his name. Also the food was much fresher and the team

When I arri ed the floor was dirty. There were 5 or 6 guys one girl at the call in order station talking laughing and doing not a lot of anything. my first thought is why wont they let someone help the poor one girl on the line fixing the bowls for walk in customers.There was another lady sweeping. the restaurant is filthy they need to clean from the floors to the counter where the food is coming from. The manager told me when I went to talk about why they are so slow. He said they were short of help. but the manager in my opinion did not make good use of the employees that were there. He then said that he is the manager and his first priority is the call in station because they have already paid. My next thought is Chipolte does not value walk in customers. The guy cooking and the young woman making bowls were the only two employees that were intrested in me as a customer. The fact that the place was filthy concerned me, I had been at the hospital all morning. Ihad 4 individual orders the two people in front of me were going to order and pay for food so why was I made to feel like my money,time and effort were nowhere of any importance to Chipolte.The manager was not interested In the least about my complaint. I will never go here again.

Placed a pickup order. It took them an hour to make it. Was calling no answer. Uber was waiting and sending pics. No one was working. Staff just hanging around. Not sure where the manager was are the crew member but this is crazy

Staff is horrific. Definitely a reflection of new management and the company as a whole as of recent. The non verbal girl on the line is horrific. Girl on register is terrible and the last few times I’ve been there the managers have been arguing/ cussing each other out about to fight. Walked in this time stood at the line for five minutes. Was never greeted. Wanted to be nice when the non verbal girl was changing gloves to give her time and not feel rushed. She then turn to me and gives a shoulder shrug, hands up ♂️ “hurry up what do want” gesture then proceeds with hella attitude. They also never take out the trash. Common sense ain’t so common anymore apparently.

The cook exhibited a highly unprofessional demeanor. Despite my request for a fresh batch of brisket that he was preparing on the grill, he maintained an attitude for no apparent reason. My sister, recently discharged from BrooksRehab facilities after undergoing a significant surgery, was unable to stand for extended periods. Consequently, he prepared the entire chicken while the brisket was already cooked and awaiting chopping.
Instead of prioritizing the customer’s request and serving the brisket first, he proceeded to chop the chicken, which took approximately 20 minutes. He then proceeded to chop the brisket while I stood there, seemingly oblivious to my presence. During this time, he engaged in conversation with other customers, as if I were not a paying customer.
Eventually, my sister grew weary of standing, and I politely requested that he prepare and serve the chicken, as I would take the brisket at a later time. The workers demonstrated exceptional professionalism, acknowledging my patience and understanding that I had waited for my order.
I am uncertain of the underlying reason for his behavior, as he appeared to be smiling at other customers while displaying an attitude towards me. I would appreciate it if this could be rectified, as it is unprofessional for a customer to pay for an order and observe the cook preparing fresh brisket or chicken, only to be asked to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be chopped, when it is already ready.

Do not order Chipotle catering if it is coming from this location! I gave Chipotle one more try in hopes things will change but this location is just getting worse and worse. For years I had been making large catering orders for our weekly company lunch to feed 50+ employees and a handful of executives. Chipotle was always a favorite including for employees that required gluten free. However the past several times they were arriving extremely late and had missing items. Today really helped with the decision of completely ending catering with Chipotle at the Brooklyn location in Jacksonville, Florida. They completely forgot the 3 orders of beef and 3 orders chicken and the 2 orders of queso. It was a vegetarian meal. I have nothing against veggies but that is a huge disappointment. When I called 800‐Chipotle, I told the agent that if the order of meat can be submitted, I will personally go pick it up myself. The agent said he can’t do that and he can’t reach anyone at that location. So when he said we’re getting a refund we should have received a full refund, instead we got just a portion refunded. We’re done with Chipotle at the Brooklyn location! Something is going on there that isn’t working.

My sister is blind and in a nursing home. I don’t ever go here and rarly do fast food. It was her Birthday and she wanted a steak challupa with everything on it. Well first I was told they take to long to make so you have order it on line. When I ask how long it take to make one, I had to ask 3 times before I got the real answer of about 5 minutes. So I download the app, and try to order but it doesnt let you put anything on the challupa,I thought they would put it on but they told me nooo that would be a burrito. Uh I’m pretty sure you can put some brown rice and a little hot sauce, a dab of sc, and a dab of guacamole slap a tortilla on top of steak and cheese with other tort and grill the sucker like TEXMEX PEOPLE DO. Im sure you could let people order from the counter when there isn’t another sole in there but the workers. Then perhaps you could tell them you dont put anything on your food they request. You’d think forv$23 bucks it would be fresh food but it wasn’t and service would be 1/2 decent but it wasn’t. That was just her food. I didn’t get anything for myself cause it just didn’t look good to me.

Every time I come from work hungry and ready to eat my favorite meal I can never get it because they aways out (of Rice ) not to mention my favorite top number one White queso was not even made . you guys need to step up your service I live down the street and it’s my home store this made the 3rd time

The store is supposed to open at 10:45am and opened their doors at 11:05. I was told I couldn’t order steak because it wasn’t ready yet, meanwhile they walked over a fresh batch to the counter that was preparing takeout orders. There was an entire line of people waiting to order in person that only had chicken as a meat option. At least five customers left while waiting for the store to open. Every time I’ve ordered online through the app my order has been very small and missing items so I tried to go in person and it was still very frustrating. What should’ve been a ten minute ordeal turned into a 30 minute plus situation.

Food was ready at pick up time. I have celiac disease and this is my go to chain for a safe and healthy meal. I have never been in Jacksonville before but it was close to where I was staying and easy to find and order through the app.
