I ordered food from Wendy’s on Connor through Uber Eats. Not only did we not receive all of our food but the rest of order was wrong. I ordered a bacon and cheese potato. You can choose from shredded cheese or a cheese sauce. Yep, I got the potato with just cheese sauce no bacon. I ordered a cup of chili, but of course I didn’t get it. A plain cheeseburger (just the patty and cheese). Of course it comes slopped up with everything. The rest of the food wasn’t in the two big bags the wrong food came in. I did get my frosty. I spent $48. I should’ve followed my first mind and cooked at home.

Where to start? Well first off. Took 5 minutes to get served. Lady was nice at least. Some parts of menu don’t light up. Also they don’t do ice cream at night (who’s that sound like?). Outside is completely nasty. The food was good at least and was correct. They only had lemonade or yellow mello. No other drink options.

I just left Wendy’s drive-thru on my lunch. I ate my fries in the car, now that I’m back to my desk. Omg am I disgusted. I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich combo. My sandwich is missing the bacon and the cheese is so greasy and plastic like and even the 1 piece of lettuce is greasy. I called to complain and nobody answered the phone. I pressed down on the over fried piece if greasy chicken. I’m so mad. I was really hungry and needed a late lunch. I should have brought my own lunch. Nobody cares about what they give you anymore. Oh and nobody gave me a receipt.

Pulled up at 11:40 and was informed they are closed even though they don’t closed for another 20 minutes, then while typing this overheard a group of employees joyously celebrating someone’s birthday on the the inside. This is extremely disappointing and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then two male employees informed me they were closed and asked me to move from the drive thru so I could get off the drive thru timer. If you’re closed the timer shouldn’t be on. This is my 4th or 5th time with at this restaurant with an HORRIBLE experience.

My order did not come out right. I order a #2 large, #7 large and 2 large frosties. Only one meal was large and I only got 1 frosty. The #7 meal didn’t have any veggies on it.
