Waited in a really long line. I asked for beef and broccoli. I got chicken and squash? And some broccoli that wasn’t even cooked. Like straight from piazza produce truck to the styrofoam “plate”. The noodles are inedible. Like not even cooked and soaked with grease. Should have went to the Japanese place across from them. 15$ and it’s almost inedible. Def my one and only stop at Panda Express. Also I couldn’t read the menu very well to decide what I wanted. And apparently that irritates the staff. They just wanna shove food out as fast as possible regardless of accuracy and quality. The cashier was very nice tho. That’s how much was edible for 15$. Rest is getting tossed. I’ll go get some
Tacos somewhere instead.

The food at my latest visit, this evening, was amazing. Definitely try one of their “craft” drinks, especially the watermelon mango! But, do so at any OTHER location. The customer service was abhorrent! To begin, this facility is in a mall; we walked up to the counter. The gentleman working the counter saw us, and at the same moment took an online order from the dispenser, and told us, “it’ll be a few minutes wait.” No greeting; no “welcome to Panda Express,” just “wait.” Four orders, about four minutes wait. Still no greeting, just “the first order?” The abysmal service continued as we went to the next person. Her attitude came across as if she was doing us (my son was with me) a favor! The individual in front of us asked for an item that should have been at the drink station, but wasn’t, and her answer was a quite snide “it’s over there, just look.” She then proceeded to try to rush me through the checkout process (we weren’t done ordering), and I said to help the other gentleman first! She was exceedingly rude. I have three other choices for Panda Express in the greater Lafayette, Indiana area, and you can bet I’ll be going to the State Road 26 East location. They are awesome! Sorry this is so long. Great food, HORRIBLE service and attitude.

I was shocked at how the customers here treated the employees. I’ve been to plenty panda expresses and the harassment I saw the employees receive here was absurd. I would take all negative reviews about service with a grain of salt. Food was good and they made everything I asked fresh. Staff was friendly and moved as quick as they could during the holiday rush.

I was here today to eat with my family. The guy mis heard me and wrote the wrong thing down. That’s totally fine but the lady who was serving it i let her know she put the wrong thing in and when she fixed. Then after my sister herd her call me aggressive. I don’t appreciate being called aggressive for trying to get the right order . Her name was Haley who called me aggressive 🙁

Disappointed because I ordered half chow mein and half fried rice and received only chow mein that after being picked through (as shown in the photo) consisted primarily of veggies.
At times workers are too busy talking to each other or looking at their phones to be paying attention to customers.
Check your orders before leaving this place.

At the food court at the mall. Ordered honey walnut shrimp and they were making it fresh as I waited. The crew was very nice and apologized for the wait but I didn’t mind as they were so nice about it. Very clean space to dine in.

I usually enjoy the Panda Express in the Tippecanoe Mall but this experience was terrible the person who served me was completely rude and didn’t have any respect for customers and what they are asking them to do… she walked up to the front counter and asked me what I would like to eat in and continue to tell me that she was not talking to me in a very rude way so I will come back but I hope by the time I come back that this woman is fired.

Tried the noodles at Panda Express recently and I genuinely thought they gave me the wrong order—or maybe something from yesterday’s trash bin. These noodles were crunchy, but not in a good way. More like “left out under a heat lamp for six hours” crunchy. Every bite felt like I was chewing on disappointment and dry rubber bands.
They were weirdly hard in the middle, like they’d been half-cooked and then forgotten. I even asked if they were supposed to be this way, and the staff just shrugged. That’s never a good sign.
If you enjoy the texture of stale instant ramen without the flavor, go ahead. But if you’re expecting anything resembling fresh or edible, stay far away from these noodles. Panda Express, please—either fix the recipe or stop pretending these things are food.
orange chicken was good tho 🙂

The service here is usually fairly quick, and online ordering almost always works well. The problem is that in the past 2 years of ordering from this location, the extra instructions on the receipt have never been followed. See below where we requested no silverware and no cookies yet received them anyways, and we requested sweet and sour sauce but did not receive any. It seems like at some point if they aren’t going to utilize any extra instructions, why not just remove that option from the ordering platform.
