I Called Rico pizza didn’t feel like driving took a DoorDash order 12 inch pizza extra cheese, beef and pepperoni also ordered boneless wings and bites. The chicken dried out. The pizza is overdone. Very disappointed never again for dinner !!! I would’ve been better off ordering Domino’s Pizza instead sooooooo angry then I called the restaurant to explain what happened. She immediately cut me off talking about their close at 9:20 after receiving my food the manager statement was they closed nothing more or less , not apologetic I’m soooo over this place don’t waste your money & time dealing with this company stay at home make a home run in pizza or just call Domino’s heck you can even get away with little Caesar’s better than what I received also they just dont care ♀️

The customer service has got to get better. Never leave your customers just standing there when you’re busy doing something else. At least acknowledge their presence and serve them quickly. A simple, “Hello, I’ll be right with you,” goes a long way!!
The food is good, the prices are good, but the terrible customer service needs to catch up!
Oh and put the plastic UNDER AND OVER the pizza slices when you package it in the cardboard box. If not, when is cools, you’ll be eating the cardboard box as the pizza sticks to it. This is just common sense.

Great pizza. I stop here every chance I get. I get the special that is 11 toppings for the price of 6. Medium is $25.10. The large is $29.43 both are after tax is worth every penny. The flavor and crust is great. Give it a shot. 🙂 Update: 12-02-19 Still coming here and now I have pictures. 🙂
