Wildly unprofessional staff. I placed an order at 6:16pm this evening, with a wait time for delivery of 49-64 minutes. Called at 7:20 because our ONE pizza had been sitting in quality check for forty minutes, with a delivery time going up and up, reaching 8:25 estimates. Instead of being helpful, the absolute child who answered the phone immediately started saying we should have “paid better attention to the delivery times” and that they were “well within their 110 minute window so sit tight”. Just cancelled the order and ordered from Luisa’s instead. Done with so many recent problems from this location.

I have always been a fan of dominos, but depending on where you are plays a major roll I’ve noticed. SOOO I wanted to share that, this location hands down is THE BEST!! Every single order has been cooked to perfection & on point! My 5yr old son has ALWAYS been a pepperoni guy, well tonight he discovered his new fav pizza thanks to y’all! The young Blonde girl rang me up twice claiming the system crashed. After I had told her both payments went through, she advised I come back if they both post. I went back in today and a tall, older man told me there’s nothing he can do about it even though I showed him my bank statement. Very disappointed that the employees were aware this happened and handled it carelessly, especially since the girl that double charged me was right there listening to the entire conversation and even said “I remember this happening”. This was not handled well.

Update: I ordered a sandwich, and noticed there was barely anything on it so I called and requested a refund or exchange of something else, the manager that said her name was Zee had horrible customer service which isn’t surprising at this location, I explained the issue and she refused to service me because I told her I don’t think it was done correctly, I am always a respectable person even in these types of situations, it was handled very immature, they’re did not give me the correct amount of change back as well the first time around, Rey unprofessional not to mention she mocked me as I walked away without knowing my Husband in the car can see her. Disgusting.

The ordering experience was so bad….that I just ended up telling them I was all set and to cancel the order. I would rather walk 3 miles in the snow to subway rather than deal with these rude and unprofessional employees.

They suck! Depends on who’s working to be honest as sometimes it’s good but most part they can’t even cut a pizza correctly! I only order there as close but if had others close I’d much Rather order there as this location is trash!!!!
