We got served chips, beer and water. We had to get our own salsa. Then the waitress never came back to take our order, instead she decided to take the order of the table next to us, when we got there first. So we got up and left, never going back. Three thumbs down

If you want Mom and pop, authentic with corn tortillas made by abuela this is the perfect place.
We had mixed fajitas & mixed gorditas and they were both delicious.
Completing the whole experience was fantastic service.

It was ok! Not how many reviews mention the best. The atmosphere is great cause there’s great Mexican music. The chips were good just too much oil. I got the tacos de carnitas, the carnitas were very dry and hard to chew idk if because it was 30 minutes to closing. The rice and beans were good but too much grease. The salad was fresh and good. Las gorditas were good homemade and spicy. I don’t think I would come back but we’ll see.

We’re usually on good terms. Today was not a good turn out. I ordered the beef enchiladas. Usually retreated to the tacos here. But decided differently. Got my food and the tortillas to my enchiladas were not done or that was old. The meat…. Where was it I don’t know, deprived food cost driving people bonkers. But service was good as usual can’t blame the waitress for a cooks preparation for a plate. And I can say the consistency is not there.

I had no idea that you had to get your owe hot sauce lol. The waitress left me some chips but failed to mention where the hit sauce was. My enchilada only came in cheese they wouldn’t let me get beef inside them for some reason.

They make a great spicy michelada. The menudo was delicious! Fresh made tortillas to go with it. A fresh salsa bar for your chips as well. The menudo had a great deal of pansa. They aren’t stingy at all. The menudo is served in large clay bowls that they also sell in the back of the restaurant with lots of other items. Mexican candies, boots, discos, toys, tortilla presses, Mexican spices and condiments, piñatas, and even a meat market! A great restaurant with a bar, TVs, and music.
