WORST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The absolute slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Freaky fast… no freaky slow. We went through the drive through and waiting for literally 40 minutes. FOR DELI SANDWICHES?!? HUH?? Make that make sense. Hire the slowest people to work there I guess.

It took 30 minutes in line and that was before I even order! I had time to put in a mobile order. Then I sat at the order box for another few minutes before I had to say hello for someone just to tell me they’d be with me im a minute. After 10 minutes someone finally said something to me and another 10 before I got my food. The service is slow, employees didnt seem to know what they were doing. Do not go to here if you are in a rush.

Literally the slowest, most inefficient, and terribly rude staff of any restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Also, my sandwich was made incorrectly and they gave me pasta salad instead of potato salad. I will make the drive to a different Jimmy John’s next time; I don’t care if it’s further from my house. I will NEVER come back. And I suggest you stay far away too.

Orderd online after they opened, before 11am. I ordered a #16, lite lettuce, extra mayo. What I got was extra lettuce (that was brown) no mayo, no bacon, and the turkey not even slices, it’s chunks of old fatty turkey. Asked for a refund, and they wanted to give me store credit. Last time we will ever go to this Jimmy John’s, service is terrible, its like we are a burden on the employees to be there. Sandwiches are not done right, always something missing and bread is always stale, never any ice in the ice machine, then you tell the employees there isnt ice, they look at you like its our fault.

Zero starts if possible. I ordered online and then sat in the drive through for 35 minutes. After all of that waiting, my sandwich was made wrong. I submitted a review on the website and corporate loaded a reward to my account that was removed before I could use it. I ordered again online today for my mom. They were extremely unresponsive and rude in the drive through, she ended up coming inside due to not getting any attention in the drive through. They then told her that DoorDash took priority and they’d handle her order next. What we received was thrown together and falling apart. This location is literally the worst location. Their customer service needs a real overhaul.

The sloooooowest service I have ever experienced in any drive through ever. When I finally made it to the window and paid, waited 5 mins for same worker asking if I had a pick up order. Said I am in the drive thru! Several minutes later, opened window to ask if I paid!!! Do I even trust to eat the food?

I originally had a five star review. That’s completely changed. This place is unorganized, slow and disgusting. I placed my order on the app at 12:10pm, drove across Elkhorn to pick it up, and still wasn’t ready until 12:40pm. All I ordered was a Little John #5 and chips. The prep station they have for the sandwiches is disgusting. Cross contamination of food and condiments, and the guy making the sandwiches is dipping the tips of the order receipts in the mayo and other trays. This place is gross. Avoid at all costs. What a waste of a lunch hour from work.
And…update since I opened my sandwich. They didn’t even make it right! No lettuce, tomato, no condiments, nothing! Waste of my money!

This is the SLOWEST location I have EVER been to. 40 mins in a drive thru with no exit lane so good luck if you need to bail, you can’t. Nobody inside, I’m sure they have online orders but COME ON. I’ll drive to the next one before sitting at this one again.
