I had the pleasure of meeting Larry today he was extremely friendly and pleasant to have met when I stopped for some food. It’s nice to have an experience like that. It’s had to come by anymore. So I wanted to take a minute and acknowledge kind people when I see or meet them. Definitely recommend stopping in this Bojangles on Providence Road near (Waverly). The eggs are nice and clean looking as well. No brown eggs on my biscuit they are always nice and yellow. A++ in my opinion. This Bojangles should be the standard for all Bojangles.

I went to this location on December 21, 2025 from about 2:50-3:05. I ordered the 5 piece supreme combo, Bo sized, with 2 sauces. When I get to the window, the employee asked me if I got a 3 piece or 5. (I know fast food can get confusing, I worked at McDonalds during high school.) So, I politely said, “5 piece.” A couple minutes later, the employee comes back to the window and says “it’s going to be a few minutes on the biscuit.” (It was said in a way as if she wanted me to say I didn’t actually want the biscuit so I could leave). I said, “that’s okay. Do you want me to pull around?” The employee said, “no, you can stay there.” A couple more minutes go by and the employee comes back to the window and says’ “it’s going to be a while on the biscuit.” So I said, again, “that’s okay, do you want me to pull around?” She then said, “it’s going to be like 10 minutes.” Then she closed the window, opened it back up and said “do you just want a Bo berry biscuit or something?” I said “sure.” Knowing that they were obviously not going to just give me a biscuit, no matter how long I waited.
I’m not writing this review because of a silly biscuit. It’s the principle that, I paid for a meal and I should get what I paid for. If the roles were reversed, they know they would feel the same way….

Made a mistake and order at the wrong store, my fault. I tried to contact the restaurant to cancel, but they never answered the phone. Negative on service. Funny because when I went inside the store. I tested calling the restaurant and staff literally ignored the phone ringing. I picked up the food, it taste terrible and over cooked. Negative on food quality. I put in a ticket through customer service. Never received a response. Im guessing sorry customer service is part of the Bo’ Time culture.

We had an exceptional experience with the Bojangles at Waverly. We placed a larger order and the team jumped all over it and got us out the door in 20 mins. This is for a family memorial so it was a big order. Thank Waverly Bojangles we will be back

If I could give a zero, I would. They had sufficient staff, but prioritized the drive thru completely. Totally ignored everyone in line indoors. We stood there for 15 minutes, waiting to order, then walked out. Not even a single worker acknowledged us. There was quite a line waiting to order.

Stop by to try the new Bo’ classic chicken wings. Was highly disappointed once I was home to discover what I actually received. Far from what’s advertised. It was 9:24 p.m. Yes, 36 minutes before closing time but, nevertheless I still had an expectation of being served as if it was 12:00 p.m. being the establishment isn’t closed until actual closing time which is 10:00 p.m.
I can understand mistakes happen but I’m not sure if we can call not battering the chicken as advertised as a mistake. Seems more like the crew was trying to cut corners because they wanted to close early.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Gave up staring at an empty register after 14 minutes. No one came to get our orders. The drive through was empty and we have about 6 people including us yet there’s no one to take or give out the orders.

Shout out to the guy in the back that saw me in drive through window, and refused to help. I was at the window for a solid 7 minutes. He looked my way and went back to his phone, hiding in a corner. I was just missing a few items from my order wasn’t trying to be an ass or anything.
