Ever time I get a vanilla creme donut here the frosting is stuck to the bag. See pic. Drives me crazy. Also their food is hit or miss. They usually forget to cut the paninis too.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Tim Horton’s with my daughter, Tristian was amazing and very patient and professional. I really like how the atmosphere has changed at this location. I have been going there for over 10 years and I can tell the team has a positive energy and work well together, unlike some of the previous staff from the past. Thank you Tristian for being such an awesome soul!

Went here for breakfast twice. First time our food came out after about 15 minutes and tasted good, although the hashbrowns were cold. We came back the next day (we were visiting Flint for the weekend) and we went to the drive-thru. We got our food quicker this time, but when we got back to our room realized the hash browns were missing. Mostly this location needs to focus on order accuracy.

** UPDATE: They responded with a link that does nothing. The staff never gives receipts. I should expect nothing more of them. This location used to be worth driving passed others to get to. ** Asked for 2 bagels, double toasted with bacon and cream cheese. Wasn’t toasted at all, barely any cream cheese on one side of either one. None on the other side. Drove past 2 other Tim Hortons’ just to eat here because it’s usually good.

This will probably be the only review I ever make but I’m so dumb founded I literally had to. I walked In this morning and had 4 women just stare at me and said absolutely nothing to me .Not a hello… Absolutely nothing! Complete silence. They gave me my door dash order still without saying a single word and I left. I could not believe how unbelievably rude the women were in there this morning.

Love this location. They always get our order correct, coffee is never burnt and that’s a sample size of over 15 visits now over 6 months. Food is good when we go to get breakfast. I live in Grand Blanc and intentionally drive 10 minutes further to this location because of the quality over the Saginaw road location (had terrible experiences there).
Staff are friendly and quick at taking your order. Young crew in on the weekends and they’re always professional and personable. Shout out to Zach for making good iced caps lol
