If I could give service a negative zero I would. The protein portions that you’re up charged for are absolutely horrendous and a complete rip off. Go elsewhere this chain is just about turning a buck and don’t care about what they hand over. On duty manager Kat informed me I should have gotten 4 oz of chicken which clearly wasn’t the case. When I asked for a scale she said yes proceeded to the back and then came back out with a mop and bucket and headed straight to the bathroom to avoid the situation. So bizarre! It’s like they’re trained to avoid customer feedback as if it comes on a daily basis. There’s absolutely zero customer service here if you ever have issues with your food. After reading the reviews I’m seeing this is a trend on lackluster and portion size. Definitely zero value for the money. I guess if you’re on the hunt for just expensive bowl of rice and filler ingredients this might be your place.

I was trying to do my part and support local businesses in my area. It did not go well with my order as you can see. We ordered fried rice, chow mein, fried dumplings, and yellow curry. $75 and one hour llater our delivery order was at our door. After re-examining my receipt I noticed that all of the items were upcharged from 1 to 5 dollars and there was also a service charge of $5.78. What a rip off! My entire order damaged was by the driver mishandling the package and dumping half the curry soup all over the entire remaining contents. I called the store on Dove Valley Road to leave feedback so I wouldn’t have to write this negative review but they claimed my order did not come from their store. Fib. Two things that would rectify this matter is to upgrade their to go containers to leak proof and also to have their own people deliver their merchandise and be held accountable. Well needless to say this will be the first and last time Thai Chili 2 Go gets my business.

I had the drunken noodles from this location and it was really good. However, I unfortunately found a leftover piece of paper in the food as I was eating it. I hope I don’t get sick or anything but that was disappointing. Otherwise, this spot seems like a good place to get Thai food in the area.

I ordered the Pinapple Fried Rice with chicken and bean sprouts. Choice of white or brown rice. The medium hot was just the right amount of heat. Everything I’ve ordered from Thai Chili 2go has been delicious!
