We ordered 2 different subs. One hot one cold. Very disappointed in the portions of meats. Also the buns were very dry and the ends were not filled. Mostly filled with lettuce. Very pricey for Mostly lettuce bread. One sub was ordered with no oil. It had the oil. The steak sub I ordered with cheese had no cheese on it. No I did not bring it to their attention. I just order and let the reviews write themselves. The inside decor is still Station 24s. The staff was friendly. Not fast. Didn’t make our order correctly. I don’t see myself returning.

The taste wise was pretty good,my only problem is i barely got meat i felt like.I ordered a steak and cheese sub and usually from other places i get way more meat than what i got from here.Not to say it’s bad but take this with a grain of salt i rarely eat out;but for $15 mind you i got chips and a drink as well i can get a better sub other places but it’s just because of meat portion

Very disappointed after eating at all their locations for 25 plus years. Tuna was so dry and not enough to even 1/2 way fill the bread. I only ordered it because the other 2 subs I tried to order were not available due to running out of 2 kinds of meat and bacon.

Hours on the door say open til 8pm we go at 7:30pm. Food is great! People working there are rude. A man came out and said the dining area closes at 7:30 next time you’re going to have to get it to go. We finished our food and left by 7:50. Mind you we were asked is this for here or to go before ordering. Had similar issue 2 weeks ago when calling to place an order about 7:35pm and was told to be there by 8pm or they are locking the door with an attitude. Maybe the owner doesn’t know what is going on at his/her business because this is not good business if you want return customers. Never felt more unwelcome at a place to eat.

Literally just ate here for the first time. The manager gave a great recommendation! Technically 4.8 out of 5 stars. Could have used a heavy hand of pil and vinegar. Taste was phenomenal. Little gem In Flat rock dont let this business fail !

Second visit: This time I got the steak and cheese. The bread was very fresh and fluffy. The sub was good but felt like there was more bread than meat. If they increased the meat I feel it would be worth the price. Being honest in my opinion I still enjoy subway more than here. I love mom and pop restaurants, but I am not sure I’ll be going here often.

that. The presentation of the sub though could be way better. I gave it a try but didn’t care for the miracle whip on this. I feel like that’s what I would make at home and pack my kids lunch with. I think mayo was an option, but I wish they’d stick with mayo first and foremost and forget miracle whip. It feels like they used way too much miracle whip, stuck the turkey and bacon in, closed it up and then balanced the lettuce, tomato, and onion on TOP of the sub instead of inside of the sub. When I opened the sub at home all the toppings fell out onto the paper, and I had to open it up and squish them all back in. Whoever made it needs to learn how to build a sub. Judging by some of the other people’s pictures this looks like they’re normal way of operation. For me I don’t like that. Just put the tomatoes and onions and lettuce inside the sub instead of on top where they will all just fall off. Something about the whole thing though just didn’t taste right. I am certain it was the over use of miracle whip inside that killed it. Perhaps it was the turkey as well. Just tasted different Next time I’ll insist on just mayo. It didn’t seem like there was a lot of turkey in it either. I’ve honestly had better tasting subs from Jersey, Mike’s, Jersey giant, and other mom and pop places like Vinny‘s Italian subs or even Sylvia’s and Allen Park when they were open. Service was fine. I’ll give them another shot with ordering a steak sub next time. Kinda pricey here too. Hopefully it will be better next time.

A busy Friday night for this family owned establishment, and they nailed it! Good subs, clean place, and friendly staff. It tasted like an original Captain Nemos Sub. If you’re a cheese lover, ask for extra. I love the Steak Sub, it had just the right amount of flavor and filling. I also enjoyed the view from the inside dining area.

Ive been eating captain Nemos since I was a kid and was beyond thrilled when I saw one open up so close to my home. The establishment itself was well kept and clean, clear and organized! The staff was super friendly and nice. The food was decent but not what it was years ago…it seems they’ve got a new kind of bread and they skimmed on the toppings a bit…on the corn beef the cheese is extra if you want it and doesn’t come with. Overall was a decent experience and will probably be back again soon.

Had a very good experience the food was amazing. Asked for extra tomatoes and that’s exactly what we got was extra tomatoes. Very friendly management. No complaints will be here again.
