I ordered a pizza to be delivered and this is what I got. Unacceptable…I would advise this Domino’s to better train their employees. I will never order from here again and I would advise others not to order from here as well.

This location has completely gone downhill. The delivery drivers are not trained and the managers do not take accountability for the store’s shortcomings. This store does not coordinate with the online tracker so you have no idea if your order is actually ready. They do not know how to manage big orders. On my recent (1 pizza) order I was first told a big order came in before mine. Then, by the manager, I was told the oven went out and even though the tracker said my order was completed, it had not even been made yet. This store should not be able to operate if they do not know how to use the tracker. And usually the quality is good but this time they put way too much sauce on it for a thin crust. Obviously bc they were too rushed. Corporate should rehire the managers and train them better.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I placed an order and waited for delivery, even adding a note explaining that the GPS is incorrect and not to turn onto Rimer Pond. I watched the tracker and saw the driver go to the wrong location anyway. They never called, never attempted to reach me, and then returned to Domino’s and canceled my order without telling me.
I called the store, spoke with someone who assured me they would send the order back out. They never showed up. No call, no update, nothing.
This was HORRIBLE service from start to finish. Completely unacceptable.

Look at the photos of our pizzas. I have never been more disappointed with a pizza in my life than with these three we ordered tonight. As you can clearly see, hardly any pizza sauce at all, barely any cheese, and hardly any toppings???! And they just tossed a small handful of toppings onto it in one spot instead of making sure it was dispersed evenly?! Laziest pizza makers ever! I felt like I was just eating BREAD!
ADD SOME DAGGON SAUCE, PEOPLE!
Get three times as much cheese on there!!!!
ADD SOME MEAT AND MAKE SURE EVERY SLICE HAS AT LEAST A HALF DOZEN ON IT!!!

Placed an order by phone, I payed and a delivery fee was charged. A few minutes later I received a call from the pizza place letting me know I was six miles away therefore outside of the delivery radius. I was aked if I wanted to pick it up myself. When I asked if the delivery fee would be refunded I was told “maybe” and then placed in hold.

I ordered pizza and wings this past Saturday. I received the pizza which was correct. Never sent wings that I paid for. Instead they sent a box of little breadsticks. Called as soon as I found out my order was wrong. The guy on the phone asked me if I wanted them to send them out or get a refund. I told him just to refund my money. 3 days later I still haven’t received the refund back to my card. Beware when you order food. This is the 2nd time order was wrong. And one time they delivered my food to someone else down the street.

Pulled up and sat at the window for 5 minutes before anyone came to the window. Got home and the pizza I ordered was not what we got. Wings were more bread and fat than meat, barely had any sauce on them and needed to be cooked longer. I put them in the air fryer and added sauce when I got home and still couldn’t enjoy them. I ordered a large pepperoni, bacon, mushroom and jalapeño pizza… I received a half pepperoni half supreme pizza. The whole visit was a waste of $31.
