Rainbow House Shave Ice is more than a roadside shave ice stand. They also have coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, and soon will also have boba. Based on strong recommendations, we made this the final shave ice spot on our trip.
I tried the banana and ordered it with preserved (evidently, canned) peaches and mango. I was only given the canned peaches as a topping with no mango. Preparing the items took slightly longer than at other shave ice stands, though in the early evening we were the only customers. Not that it was a long wait! Just somewhat more than other places.
My partner loved the banana milkshake he got, and I enjoyed the shaved ice (which seemed bottomless) though maybe it wasn’t my favorite of the trip. The fresh fruit and variety makes it hard to go wrong though, if you have a group and don’t all want the same thing for dessert or to cool down on a hot day.

Stopped by while on a circle island tour. It was definitely worth it! High quality icecream and pineapple. Soooo so so good. Great and fast customer service! We sat down at the tables which are under the shade to enjoy our little sundaes. I can’t remember the name of the treat that we got, but it’s listed as one of their most popular options. There is also a picture of it on the window. Did not disappoint! My mom and I really enjoyed it.

Probably one of the most underrated places. Not a lot of people know about this place but everything here is just perfect. We ordered the açai bowls, smoothies, pineapple smoothie in a pineapple, and a coconut and we weren’t disappointed with any of them. Best açai bowls EVER!! They have places to sit as well as bathrooms, which is a huge pro to any place. If you’re ever on the way, I really really recommend stopping by. I’ll be thinking about this place for a while.
