We normally order here through drive thru, but today we decided to eat inside. However, we ordered and waited more than 30 minutes. I observed the food maker while waiting at the table. This employee standing there eating by food line and on his phone. Very unsanitary and orders piling up. Employees werent working with urgency and speedy of service. Food were getting cold. We were the only customers waiting for our food in the lobby at that moment. Poor management and lobby so dirty. I was tired of waiting so I had asked my husband get a refund and let’s eat elsewhere. This place needs an upgrade on management and a whole new crew or some type of training to work with customer service and speed of service. This is a fast food restaurant but yet it was so slow. Im sorry to leave a bad review but this place needs help.

I like coming here to eat, it’s quiet, not as busy. but, asking to round off to the nearest dollar for whatever donation is a bit too much. Burger King is a Nation Wide & some parts International restaurant that should be donating. I’m just saying!

Did online order and came here to pick up my order and went in drive thru and taking forever !! I waited for almost 40mins and line slowly moving!! I don’t know what’s going on but sheeesh!! It’s called fast food so there should be fast workers!! And there’s nobody in the lobby too. SMH!

Food was cold, everything is tiny like kids meal. They were out of fries but willing to sub onions rings or cheese tots for extra charge.

My son found a hair with a lint on the side the burger, I finally got our meal remade, I told them I’m going to call the corporate. Then they reluctantly gave us our refund. After that was done we just left. Check your meal first before eating.

It’s was a quick in and out. I enjoyed going in and picking up the food. The drive thru is always available and your wait time is usually less than 10 minutes.

Just lost a long time customer. Young man taking my order tried to charge me 4.00 dollars for a cup of water to take some medication.

What happened??? Whoever you hired has consistently been undercooking the fries and even forgetting to salt them for months now. I just stop going. I been getting brown lettuce in my burger. The lady charged me almost $4 for large water. How is this possible water is more than soda? Used to be good but the good people quit now. Seems like new workers are super lazy and don’t care what they serve you. Sad. Bunch of my family said the same thing and stopped going too. Carl’s is the way now.

The place opens at 7 but nothing isn’t ready yet and it’s 7:10am. Asked what time the staff comes in and they said 6, so why isn’t the coffee on? Staff needs to be on their toes serving customers.
