This was an amazing experience for Pinsa. The sandwiches were fabulous. Desserts were unbelievable delicious. I visited this Cafe multiple times and eventually ordered most of the menu. All of the ingredients were imported from Italy and the coffee beans were truly Italian. Best ever for Utah.
They did close there location recently to relocate to a larger place in SLC. Looking forward to the re opening.

I was not expecting this place to be so good!!! It’s located in the library so I wasn’t expecting much. But it’s a legit little bistro! I take my daughter here and today I took my husband and he enjoyed it as well.

I tried this place on a whim, and I quickly became hooked! I have tried a couple of the pinsas, which are like a flatbread pizza type of thing. I really enjoyed the Thai one! It was very good. It was filling, and I was able to eat it twice. I also have tried a couple of desserts, and the flourless chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberries was my favorite so far! I also tried their merry berry coconut water drink. It wasn’t my favorite, I think if I had it colder and drank it right away, it would’ve been better. They also have a rotating dessert and pasta dishes every week! Everything is made with quality, fresh ingredients! I have done a pick up order and had my bag sweetly decorated by the super friendly staff! I’ll definitely be back!

A hidden gem inside the library! I have had both the croissants and the pinsa (similar to pizza) and both have been amazing. Rich flavors and SO delicious! Employees are helpful and kind!
Update: I ordered the pesto pasta today and it’s UNREAL! So yummy!

A friend wanted to try this place out for her birthday lunch. I wasn’t sure but of course went along because it’s her birthday, can’t argue that. I am gluten free so I looked at the menu and saw I could at least choose from a couple salads. But, the flatbread pizza things (pinsa??) we learned, are made with rice flour and are gluten free. We ordered a few of them to share and it was delicious. Definitely will go back and try some other things on the menu in the future. Owner was so pleasant to talk with and visit and hear his story of starting the place.

I wasn’t expecting much but my gawd this was soooo good – SO flippin’ good. If I were on death row l, this would be my last meal. It’s only one guy running the place so the service is a bit slow but its 10000000% worth the wait. Plenty of seating, it’s in a library.
I got their sausage egg sandwich 100/10.
Honey Lavender Latte 10/10
Lemoncello square heaven/10.
I also appreciate the integrity of his desserts. He wouldn’t sell me a slice of cheesecake because it was hard. Which tells me he takes pride in what he’s selling.

What an amazing foodie gem in a nice library! We got the pinsas, sandwiches, and salads. They were all amazing and you could tell the owner takes pride in their work. We will be back again. Great vegetarian options here, the veggie special sandwich is to die for. They must have a special oven because the roast on the bread is spectacular.

Who knew this perfect little place was in our local library! We love to find new places that venture outside the norm with delicious food It did not disappoint! Ramin was incredibly friendly and happy to explain the menu items we were less familiar with. We ordered the Pinsa (similar to pizza; the crust is amazing!) Prosciutto , a small Mediterranean pasta, a small spicy bow tie pasta (only the tiniest kick, but yum!) and caramel brownie to share. Everything was so delicious! I would recommend it all. Because it’s located in the library, we were able to enjoy a quiet atmosphere and skip the long wait of a larger restaurant. We will 100% be going back soon!

I stopped by the library and the food looked so appealing that I tried the special. Grilled cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup. It was so good! I had to take a couple slices of cheesecake home with me for desert. I love this place!
