I have never been inside Broad St Pizzeria and I’ve only ever door dashed their food- but I have ALWAYS been happy with my order and how the food turned out! Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is INCREDIBLE and I’ve also tried their salads and wraps as well which are fresh and high quality. I definitely want to visit in person soon and recommend them for your pizza needs whether on a food ordering app or in person!

Someone from my work picked up a few pizzas for the office so I can’t fairly assess their service or atmosphere, but we got a taco pizza and supreme pizza and they were very good. Crisp crust and fresh ingredients. I would order from her again.

When I went to pay, I realized that I only paid for two pizzas, not including my drink. I was quite disappointed because I wanted a drink, but I let it slide. While waiting for my pizza, I spoke to the manager about taking down the lunch special sign outside since the special was actually over. However, to my surprise, the manager refused to take down the sign, which I found deceiving and misleading. When I asked if I could still order anything from the lunch special, he said no, which made me question the purpose of having the sign up. When I pointed this out, the manager got upset with me and walked away. However, another employee seemed to agree with me.
The pizza was good overall, but the cheese tasted bland. On the positive side, the pepperoni was crispy and delicious. Although I was waiting by the door due to leaving my car door open, I found the interior of the restaurant to be quite nice. The manager really needs to reconsider the way they are handling the lunch special sign. It’s unfair to lure customers in with a sign advertising a special and then denying them the opportunity to order from it. It’s a deceptive practice that needs to be addressed.

Had a great slice at Broad Street pizzeria, tasty chewy crust with perfect char, good sauce and just the right amount of cheese. Nice lady at the front. Sometimes simple is the best!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is terrible. First my order took almost 2 hours to get to my house, then they advertise on GOOGLE a Roma pie being a regular plain pie with added toppings. I order this and get a white pie with no sauce. Then they forgot my cannoli. When I called to tell them about their error, they got nasty, cussed at me in Spanish, and basically said I’m beat. Super unprofessional!! The pie was cold and dry. I basically paid 43 dollars to get a cold dry white pie with no sauce, no cannoli, and a 2L of soda. Do NOT order from here they don’t care. The woman i poke to hung up on me. Here is a screenshot of their Google ad and what they gave me. I will never order from this fly by night place ever again.

They sent me a Supreme Pizza that was not as advertized. They substituted the Green Bell Peppers with Red Sweet Peppers. Then, when called on the phone, I was told there is no difference in the two but the color. Then hung up on me when I told them of the difference. I’m a cook.

$38 for a large pizza and a gluten free pizza!!!!! What in the world. The gluten free pizza was absolutely terrible and you guys get off eling ot for $18. Get outta here. The delivery driver was friendly but I had to give my card information over the phone like 4 times. Was also told 45-60 mins. Was past that. The pizza wasn’t even hot when it arrived. But seriously find a new gluten free pizza.
