Leah is an amazing waitress. Great drinks, great, great ambiance. They are the absolute best 10000%. Whoever was in charge of the playlist tonight is allowed to both DJ my future wedding (I’m not even dating anybody) and my future funeral. It’s like they’re inside my own Spotify. I love them. Maybe I’ll marry them. Thank you Taco Co. for the best evening out.

Very nice place. Food I tried had a nice amount of kick. Note, the outside seating is in the shade in the late afternoon in September, you may want to plan on having a sweatshirt.

The puff tacos were AMAZING. I got the steak taco and the shrimp taco, both amazing, really really enjoyed the shrimp taco. Also shared a prickly pear and lime pitcher, also very good!

I went to TACO CO. at 7:00 PM on a Saturday, and the place was bustling. We were sat down kindly while I took in the unique atmosphere at TACO CO.. The place gave off a playful, hipster vibe. I ordered the backyard barbecue taco and the chicken taco. The food took about 25 minutes to arrive. The backyard barbecue taco (menu special for the month of July) was incredible, blending shredded pork with a kicking cole slaw. The chicken taco was great too, with a nice blend of spices and their specialty sauce. For dessert; we had a lovely churro ice cream, which was served with hot, crunchy churros on top. I had a great experience at TACO CO., and can guarantee that you will too.

We were in he Benson area one night and tried out Taco Co. overall it was pretty good. The Margaritas were pretty small but tasted good. The tacos were big we really couldn’t finish 3 each. And one of mine the shell was pretty rough but the others were great. It’s more like fry bread than atypical taco shell. We tried the Shrimp and Birria. We also had a dip flight which was pretty good!!

Great puffy tacos. I’d recommend going a weeknight because it is packed during weekends. Really good salads and chips. The margaritas are on point. Fun place to go with friends and or a cute date night. Patio was nice out back. Good service. Newer but getting things tied down.

Taco Co is the trifecta of excellent atmosphere, service, and food. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are relaxing and unique. The mural of the owner’s grandmother is particularly heartwarming as a nod to her legacy. If you’ve never had the trademark light and puffy tacos, you need to try them. This is a small thing but bringing a bottle of water to the table is a nice touch. We always need a refill. The margaritas are perfection. If you’re a fan of Maria’s in Ralston this is a similar experience.

Super fun atmosphere! Pillows, beautiful lighting, swinging benches, great staff. Food was very delicious! The nachos were SO good! Can’t wait to go back with more time on our hands to try the adult juice pouch!

Cute spot!! Definitely a great spot for summer out on the patio! Also such a great addition to Benson. Margs were very good. I do wish there was a bit of a larger menu…there is only one kind of taco with the large shell. Still, such a good spot! Definitely recommend!
