Finally made it in to try Do Eat and I will say I was skeptical. Was I wrong to be. It was so good, extremely fast and fresh! My favorites so far and the pork gyoza, Minot river roll and the pad Thai!
Our server was amazing and very friendly.
I highly recommend trying Do Eat if you haven’t yet!

Absolutely Loveeeee Eating here!!!! They are fast, the food is hot andddd sooooo flavorful!!!! I Never liked sushi before and now I Loveeee the cooked sushi here!! The CarnEvil Crunch and King Crunchy rolls are the Best !!!! I will Alwayssssss recommend Do Eat!!!!!

Update after coming back repeatedly over 6m this place just gets better and better. My server today “Sari” was an absolute gem. This most recent visit (today) our kiddos got made baloon swords! Seriously my favorite spot in Minot. Exceptional food and exceptional service.

One of my favorite places in Minot to eat with my youngest daughter. The service is always so amazing and the food is spectacular. We’ve never had a bad experience!

Fantastic. All you can eat for $30/person, I took my wife, and we shared crab rangoon, calamari, some avocado salad, a Blue Ocean roll, an Olympic Roll, a Twister Roll and Amazing Tuna roll, as well as some Tuna and Yellowtail Sashimi. Everything was more delicious than the last, and our server, Erik, was super attentive and polite.
The orders are small (the picture is 2 rolls and 2 sashimi orders), but you can order as much as you can eat. We will be back!

We’ve gone twice and had two completely different experiences. The food is pretty good, but I’m thinking cause the restaurant is still fairly new. We were surprised at how decent the sushi and sashimi were. First experience, we went during dinner, and the service was crazy slow. Luckily we ordered a BUNCH of food right off the bat, so we weren’t starving.
The second time, we arrived right at opening. The sushi, sashimi and hot foods came out quickly. Everything was delicious. Once a couple tables filled up, the service drastically changed. I think made-to-order AYCE is a great concept, but the delivery definitely needs work. I’d recommend adding some appetizers and easy sushi rolls to the buffet line so customers don’t feel like they aren’t getting their money’s worth.
Overall, pretty good for Minot.
