I stopped in this lovely restaurant prior to heading to the beach to get breakfast.

First off, the service here is outstanding. It was warm and welcoming. Tyler was my server and he was super friendly and attentive. I ordered the spinach and feta omelette and it tasted great and was loaded with fresh spinach and cheese. Coffee here is great too!

The restaurant itself is so charming. They have indoor and outdoor seating and is very spacious. They have decent menu items with good pricing where you can get a good meal for $20 or below. Also, check out the ice cream shop next door.

Since this was my first official beach day in Ocean Grove I know when I come back this will be my first stop to get food as this place is truly a gem.

Delicious food, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. I ordered the Crabcake Benedict , it was delicious and very filling. My son ordered the French Toast that was on special with an orange drizzle. He let me try it and I wished I had ordered it too, it was so good. The coffee was hot and good. I had a great view out my window that was completely open and let the ocean breeze in. Really love this place. Parking can be challenging, but it’s worth it. They also have you scan a QR code for the menu .

About 2 weeks ago, my husband and I were looking for a breakfast spot, and we came across this quaint breakfast/ice cream establishment.
Our service was exceptional. Our server Shay was very attentive to our needs.
Our meals were cooked to order, hot and appealing to the senses.
My husband had the blueberry pancakes + bacon and I had an egg white omelet w/turkey sausage and veggies! OMG Delicious!!

We both had omelets on our second visit and they didn’t disappoint. We sat outside on both visits, which was very comfortable, beautiful garden atmosphere!

So come hungry, we plan on returning. We found our new breakfast spot!

This little gem in the town of Ocean Grove takes you back to the 1880’s with its sheltered but sun drenched porch with sparrows hopping around under your feet. The breakfast was top notch enjoying the avocado toast and the crab cake with eggs.
The staff was welcoming..the host showed us photos from 140 years ago demonstrating that the place hasn’t changed much. A unique eating experience

This is one of the true treasures of Ocean Grove. The best breakfast in Ocean Grove. Great staff and lovely outdoor seating. I fell in love with this place a long time ago. Arnold is the best! We love the outdoor tables by the windows overlooking the “Greek” garden. The “Starving Artist Breakfast” is great value! And, of course, it is right next door to Days Icecream, another iconic Ocean Grove establishment.

Absolutely loved my visit here! The food and ambiance were top-notch. The special of the day was whole wheat pancakes with cranberries and walnuts, and eggs on the side. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The tables and bathrooms were super clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The place proudly displays the LGBTQ+ flag, showing their open-minded and inclusive spirit. If you’re not into that, don’t worry—no one’s going to bite you! LOL. It’s perfectly okay to share the world with all kinds of different people.

The space is filled with beautiful plants, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Great vibes all around! ✨️”

The crumb cake , and banana walnut pancakes were good. You had a choice of short stack (2) or large stack (3). The crumb cake reminded me of eating a crumb cake with a crunch, with a good cup of coffee. Excellent service. Nice patio set up for warmer weather.

Wonderful breakfast. Outdoor Terrace was Charming, had fans and shutters to block the Sun. Staff was friendly, warm smiles. The breakfast was the best. I will recommend this place to anybody going to Ocean Grove in the morning. We secure the parking spot by 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and set out to find a breakfast spot. This place came recommended buy a Ocean Grove beach staff member. And did not disappoint.

I usually hate giving poor reviews but I felt that it was needed. Let’s start with the seating. We decided to go with the outdoor seating. It was very nice out and the atmosphere looked quite nice at first. About two minutes after being seated though, we noticed there were lots of ants going on the tables. They were even starting to climb the forks and napkins so we asked to be seated inside instead. The waiter was able to accommodate which I was very grateful for at first but as we were waiting for the food, we noticed there were ants walking around on the tables inside too. We were so hungry that we tried to overlook it and give hem the benefit of the doubt. Moving on to the staff. The man who seated us the first time specifically was rude. It kind of seemed like he didn’t want to do his job. Aside from that, the staff basically ignored us whenever we tried to signal for assistance and they would go to other customers instead. I had to get up and go to the server area to make requests because none of the waiters came to check in or offer assistance. The staff also seemed incredibly lost. They kept bringing the wrong food and drinks. There was a great lack of organization in this breakfast spot. It was especially baffling when the food was so ordinary after all the struggles we went through there. Would have had a much better time literally anywhere else. If you’re Hispanic, I would especially avoid coming to this spot considering my mom and I felt as though we were being treated that way because of that. They treated all the American customers way kinder than they did us. Regarding the ants as well, I got bitten twice so watch out for that.
