Food was fresh! The girl that waited on me in the drive through was super caring and deserves all the best!
Drinks were perfect. Love the teas with lemon and root beers! The sonic #1 burger meal was yummmyyyy with tots!! Convenient to interstate and Kroger! Love they stay open later than quite a few other choices.

Stopped in to feed my four kids after a sporting event. We placed a larger order, and while waiting, a woman in the back was loudly cussing repeatedly in a way that clearly felt directed at our order.
It happened more than once, and with kids present, it became uncomfortable enough that we never even received our food and ultimately drove off.
I understand busy shifts, but customers—especially families—shouldn’t feel disrespected or unwelcome for ordering food. Very disappointing experience.

Pulled up to order thingy and waited a bit. Ordered food, it was fresh and ice cream was firm soft serve…which is perfect. However we had told the car hopper that we were paying cash. She did not bring change and said that she would be back with our change. I just felt like it was a very RUDE way of getting a tip.

The lady with the brown curly hair, I believe she was the manger at the time was so rude. She wouldnt get my order when I told her multiple times if she could please check if it was ready. Then she would just walk away and snuff at me. Then when I got my food it was cold and then I found a hair in it. I think she might have done it. Won’t be going back.

I understand machines break—no problem there. What’s unacceptable is the attitude. I was told there might be ice cream in the back, then rudely shut down when I asked if it could be checked. Saying “I don’t know, I’m busy” to a customer is not customer service. If interacting with customers is a burden, a customer-facing job might not be the best fit.

The service was friendly but the food was terrible. They were out of lettuce which cant be helped but the BLT we ordered was tomato and bits of bacon. So it was more of a tomato mayonnaise sandwich. Then my burger I ordered was cold and undercooked. I only ate a small portion of it before I just couldn’t anymore. Very disappointed in the food.

I love sonic but this place is horrible. I payed for my food at the stall and was told when they brought my food out that I didnt pay for it, of course I gave them my card but I checked my banking app and the first payment did go through and the girl who took my card in the store must have have tried swiping it twice because I ended up with 3 transactions for my food. I live paycheck to paycheck and this really messed me up. I’ve tried to get my money back since the 11th and still only been refunded for one. The GM there had an attitude like I did something wrong instead of helping me fix it. I will never go again.
Update on my review still haven’t gotten my money back and ive called and made my complaint several times. This sonic literally stole from me.

I mostly go for the food. Service was friendly but they’re usually busy at peak hours. Atmosphere was good since there’s hardly any more drive in restaurants.
