I’m not sure if Mama Angelina’s is supposed to be a restaurant or a chaotic family group chat that customers accidentally walked into.
The experience started strong when our Diet Coke was aggressively slammed onto the table straight out of the fridge — no glass, no ice, just vibes. We asked for water and it took about 45 minutes to arrive, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the dinner entertainment: what sounded like a full-volume family argument happening behind the counter between the woman serving us and someone who seemed like her husband or relative.
Then the food arrived… sort of. We ordered meatballs and angel hair, and apparently the sauce is a premium add-on because none came with it. Just plain angel hair pasta sitting there wondering what it did wrong. The meatballs were cold, the pasta was crunchy and undercooked, and the entire atmosphere felt like the place was slowly falling apart in real time.
This isn’t really a restaurant — it’s more like a pizza counter where food occasionally appears and customer service is optional.
If you’re looking for dinner, I would strongly recommend literally anywhere else. Even the Diet Coke deserved better.

Small party was very well served. Food was good-very good. Seafood stuffed mushrooms were a standout. Had the cheese stuffed rigatoni which was very good. Meatballs were very good also.

Went for Thursday chicken night special. Excellent value, tasty food, large portions. Very good service. No complaints. Recommend Chicken Francesca with mushrooms, spinach, ricotta cheese over pasta in a marsala-style sauce.

Good evening! Wanted to share a positive review for Mama Angelina’s. We catered for about 25 people to our home and from the very start they were so helpful and professional, as well as reasonable! The food was delivered timely and hot/well organized and packaged. The best part of all was the taste- just delicious! Even the grilled chicken was super moist and everything was so flavorful and plentiful. All of our guests loved the food! Definitely if you are in need of catering or a delicious meal reach out to Mama Angelina’s. ❤️

Went in there for the first time the other day. Ordered one regular slice and sat down. First off, I am not exaggerating when I say that the slice of pizza I got was about HALF the size of any other pizzeria I’ve been too. They should be ashamed of themselves. As for the pizza it was outright poor. The crust tasted doughy and was extremely bland. Their cheese was tasted exactly like Ellios pizza cheese. It was cafeteria grade at best. I was embarrassed for them. The sauce was the closest thing to normal about the whole slice. Honestly I was overall embarrassed for them walking out of there. Will 100% never be back.

Wow! I went on a Monday night and had the Pasta Night special which included a salad, garlic toast, a huge plate of lasagna, and a brownie with coffee. This meal special was only $13.95 and it included great service. If I’m ever back this way on a Monday, I’ll be back!

We ate here for pasta night. The portions were large and cooked to perfection. We are very particular about Italian food, and these flavors were genuine and delicious. What a great value, also.

We came for my daughter’s 8th birthday and couldn’t have had a better experience. The waitress was friendly and personable. The food was incredible. The clam sauce and vodka sauce was some of the best we’ve ever had. They were also able to accommodate my daughters and wife’s gluten allergy. We use to come here over 10 years ago. Glad we were back in the neighborhood to come here!

All the dishes I’ve tried are delicious, this is my go to eating spot when I have to work on Long Island. I never go home without getting the house made dressing, it’s out of this world delicious.
