This is by far the best taco truck!! The guy running it is doing it right with fresh ingredients, great salsa, and great prices. He’s the nicest guy too!
I read a review that said they can’t decide between three things when they go there so they always get it all and that’s what I did! These were the best nachos I have ever had!!I got a Quesabirria taco and it was outstanding. I have had so many that weren’t good and it was amazing and I’ll definitely get it again. The grilled onions on the side of the tacos sets this place apart along with the most flavorful meat, lots of cilantro and onions. I will be back and I will get everything again! I called ahead and it was ready when I got there. I highly recommend this place!!!

LaManga ( meaning the sleeve ) is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican food from a food truck. I have been wanting to visit them as I have heard the carnitas were GREAT. And they were AWESOME. Check out the pics and they were filled to the brim and more. The carnitas were perfect and the best I have had here in Boise whether it is a food truck or brick and mortar. The little pepper had a very nice kick to it. There is just one guy cooking and serving so there can be a wait but the wait is worth the food from this truck.

I’ve been missing good Mexican food so I’m really glad I found this place near me. The portions are great and the tacos are delicious! I tried the asada, chicken, carnitas and Al pastor. My favorites were the asada and chicken.
