This is without a doubt one of the slowest stores I’ve ever encountered. You can be the only car in the drive thru and you’re gonna sit there for 5 minutes before they even take your order. You can place a mobile order 20 minutes in advance and you’re still gonna wait 10 minutes at the window for it.
HOWEVER, the baristas have been nothing but pleasant every time I’ve been through. Some of the nicer baristas I’ve encountered, and it never matters who’s in the window, the experience is always warm and welcoming 🙂
If you’re in a rush, skip this one, but if you’ve got some extra time and you want a little friendly chatter, this store is wonderful.

Slowly Starbucks everytime I have been there. My daughter drive to one on beachmont which is 12 minutes further away. Ordered and was back home before me in which this one is 1 minute from our house. Not sure why this one is so bad. But each time no matter how far the line is, it’s always going to take 20-25 minutes here. If you’re on the way to work, don’t go here.

We got in line in the drive thru at this location at 2:10 PM on Monday 1/26. Online said they closed at 3:00 PM due to weather, which we totally understand. We were in line for 20 mins, and by the time we got to the intercom, they had posted a sign that said they were closing at 2:30 PM. It was 2:37. Nobody came on the intercom. We were stuck in line for another 30 mins because we were trapped in the front and back of the line and they never took our order. There were 3 cars behind us in the same situation. This is crazy! You need to post a sign at the entrance of the drive thru Like Anderson location doe…. or finish and take the orders of the people who have been in line already. I shouldn’t have to spend 40 mins of my day stuck in line with kids in the car because you can’t communicate well! We will be calling corporate.

This Starbucks staff is very friendly but the wait time is one of the longest I’ve ever encountered. I go here often and there can be one car in the drive thru but still take 20 minutes. A lot of people like myself are going before work and don’t have 20-30 minutes to sit there.

When this Starbucks first opened it was great! However, I’m not sure if the staff changed or not but it’s the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are more interested in each other than serving the customers. New or maybe more experienced management is needed here.

I have been to this location a handful of times since they opened and it has been the same experience every time. Once you’re in line, you can’t leave, so keep that in mind if you’re even remotely in a hurry. You wait 25 minutes with one car ahead of you and they make the complete wrong drink, so they pull you around to the front to wait for the new one. Then you make your customer wait another 15 minutes to make the redo and it tastes nothing like it’s supposed to. Just came through again today, two cars ahead of me, non rush hour time, and I sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes to be greeted by a rude employee. I’ve given grace because they had just opened, but it’s been quite some time now and still the same experience over and over. You’re better off driving to Kroger, Anderson or Eastgate. The entire staff needs retrained or a new drive paved next to the drive thru lane so that when this inevitably happens again, we can leave.

They all are very sweet. The barista Myles is very on point and gets my order ready before I even speak. I had an issue with my transactions once and jarred was extremely patient with me and helped me figure it out without any complaints. Very happy this store opened up.

Such a beautiful store! Staff is always going above and beyond. My order is always ready, made well, and done efficiently! My new favorite starbucks in town, definitely recommend! (Also I absolutely love all the cute notes on my drinks! Always a pleasant surprise each time.)
