This Starbucks keeps the inside freezing cold — uncomfortably and unnecessarily so. When I politely asked the staff to raise the temperature or turn down the AC a bit, they responded rudely and dismissively, saying that “the workers in the back are hot.”
That’s an unacceptable excuse. The café is meant for customers, not as an icebox for the employees’ comfort. It’s absurd to make paying customers sit and shiver while trying to enjoy a drink.
The attitude of the staff was equally disappointing — no courtesy, no professionalism, and no willingness to even consider the request. This location seriously needs better management and basic customer service training.

I went through the drive through and there weren’t too many people in line… at first. I sat there longer and longer and the line built up more and more. I got to the speaker where I order and had to wait for like 3 minutes and then proceeded to sit in the line for another at least twenty minutes just to get a drink. I was near the front of the line too. Many people were less fortunate and got there a little later who ended up just leaving before getting their drinks. This ended up being a 25-30 minute wait for a mediocre drink. Would not recommend. I even mobile ordered and had already paid before and it took way too much of my time.

I have been here several times. It has been a good experience but they are frequently late to open and early to close. Today on Saturday they weren’t open at 10am or 1055am. They often close before closing time. I have been a few times at 8 or 9am on a weekday and they are still closed. Not sure what is going on but it is sad. I have seen many people waiting in line only to give up and leave. People in this town want this business to succeed but you can’t go if they are closed during peak hours and unreliable.

Can someone explain the hours of this location? They don’t open til 9am? I can’t eve stop by on my way to work on Saturdays. This is the second Saturday that the drive thru had 5 cars and the lights were off inside. No one home. I look they don’t open on Saturday til 9am that is just crazy considering it’s a coffee shop.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I walked into the store at 9:10am. I was the only customer in the store. Twice someone was told to take my order. After 3 minutes, I left and no one had taken my order. This was my third experience with this location and all three were equally poor. I went to Scooters where I had my order taken and served in less than 3 minutes.

I stayed for a few hours to study and really enjoyed my experience. The music was good and not distracting save when a few of my favorite songs came on. I got the honey cities mint tea and it was really good (even better than previous times I’ve had it). The baristas were friendly and got my refills quickly.
