I downloaded the app and ordered pickup for nearest store. I paid with my debit card and it was to the wrong store. Smartass person refused to transfer to that location but he refused. I had nothing to eat and they STILL haven’t credited my account. WORSE, customer service doesn’t have a phone number. This franchise owner is a disgrace!!!

Ordered two sandwiches via the app. Orders were completely flipped. Toppings were done correctly, but on the wrong sandwiches. To add to that, the amount of toppings was miniscule. One half of one of the sandwiches had a single tomato slice. We ended up slicing up our own veggies to fix the errors and shortcomings.

Went there the other day spent 60 bucks for family and took about 40 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Got kids meals but just got sandwichs and the cookies I got were raw raw, like the oats still hard in the oatmeal raisin. And sandwich, well a picture is worth a thousand words. And this was best sandwich out bunch. Go to Jimmy John’s or silver mine. Faster and better food. Not the subway I remember as a kid. Should probably just close doors now save the long drawn bankruptcy option.

I was actually at the Loaf N Jug getting gas, because it’s near the house. The line was awfully long, and there is a subway right there. I hadn’t ate anything yet and the line was long for me to pay for my gas, so might as well. It always seems like when I do a spur of the moment thing it turns out better than when I do something intentionally. This was no exception. Got my sandwich and by the time I finished I was able to walk to an empty counter to pay for my gas. The bread was nice and soft, like I like it and the chicken was warm but not hot. It rocked and the lady at the counter that day understood sarcasm. It was a good way to start the day.

Terrible customer service!
We started our order with the first of three sandwiches and the employee asked if we needed it toasted and we did. After the first sandwich came out of the oven the employee asked what else and we orded the second sandwich. The employee didn’t ask about toasting the second sandwich so we asked if we could have it toasted. She got visibly upset and told us that we should’ve told her so that we needed both toasted so she could’ve toasted them together. We told her that we didn’t know that that mattered and asked why she didn’t ask if it was a mattered. She lied and said she asked us I the beginning. We corrected her and then she got really mad. She told us she wouldn’t accept any “attitude” and kicked us out.
I’ve never seen someone get so mad about putting a sandwich in an oven, especially if that is a part of your job.
Beware of this place if you want a toasted sub, because the lady employee here is very particular about how you order it. I’m surprised she didn’t yell “NO SOUP FOR YOU!”

The employees were standing around gossiping before one guy realized I had been standing there for over 3 minutes. After that he didn’t even wash his hands before he put on gloves. Ew. He wiped his nose multiple times while making my sandwich- which is absolutely disgusting. I don’t want your snot and boogers on my food.. most of the vegetables looked to be sitting out for awhile. I work in food service and I know between right and wrong. I won’t be coming here again.

Nothing too special. Very young staff. They seem well intentioned. The manager, Deb, has no clue how to run a Subway, though. At least it’s clean, and the kids are friendly. Just don’t ask for a “Feast,” or “Tour of Italy,” or anything like that. No “Boat Cuts” either. Decent, but not impressive.

5-18-2022. Placed an online order at 4:05. Was supposed to be ready at 4:25. Finally received my order nearly 20 minutes after that (4:43). The person who made the sandwiches didn’t even look at me or apologize. Too bad I can’t leave a negative star rating.
