Im going to start this off by saying most of the time i visit this location it is pleasant and the dayshift manager is always kind when i see her.

But as for the assistant manager Erin (probably spelled incorrectly) she absolutely should not be managing anything. I deliver food part time and twice now that i have had to pick food up for a customer she has been snarky or in my opinion rude.

The first time was Thanksgiving evening. I had an order and went to pick it up at this location. The dining area was closed so i went through the drive thru. They had just closed completely for the night. I went to drive off and cancel the order but i saw employees inside just standing there. So i got their attention and asked if they by chance had finished the order before they closed. Erin was very rude and snarky when stating that someone else had already picked the order up. Why was she annoyed? Im not sure. I just said ok thank you and finished canceling the order.

The second time was this evening… i pulled up to check to see if the lobby was still open before i went through the drive thru to pick up an order. As i was walking to the door she saw me and hurried as fast as she could to get to the doors to lock them. It was 9:36 pm.. an odd time to just randomly lock the doors.

I hate leaving bad reviews especially because the other employees who work there have always been kind. I haven’t had any issues with this location until recently. But it seems like being in a management position may not be a good fit for Erin. She is lacking the customer service skills required for this line of work.

The food was just ok. I would say if you’re looking for something a little different but still fast and budget friendly, this is a good place. Our cashier was friendly. The food area was pretty clean and the restrooms were clean and updated. Some of the food had definitely been on the heat rail too long.

Love Panda Express for fast and fresh food on the healthier side. My go-to is a bowl with half white rice/half vegetables with whatever entree you like. The cream cheese ragoons were fresh and this restaurant was very clean, including the high chairs.

Been through drive-thru line twice. Both times my order has been way off. Ordered orange chicken and fried rice. Received teriyaki chicken and beef with chow mein. Not sure how you can get a simple order that wrong. Usually like panda but this is getting out of hand.

Panda Express is convenient and affordable, which makes it a popular choice for college students like me. However, my recent experiences at the Benton, Missouri location have been nothing short of disappointing.

In my first visit, I was left with half of my food, and I had to drive back to get the rest with receipts. To make matters worse, tonight I specifically requested that the rice be separate, but it was still forgotten, and everything in the back was ruined.

This is becoming a nightmare. I don’t want to keep going back and forth twice for my order to be fixed. I’m no longer going to this location. I hope others have a better experience, but for me, it’s a no.

We had ordered food last night and when we got home a lot was not correct. I called and they replaced our entire order. This was very helpful and kind. Especially right now because we are dealing with a very hard death in our family this week. We really appreciate their kindness.

Went through here as a quick stop for my lunch break at work. After eating a bit of my beef and broccoli bowl I realized the broccoli pieces were moldy, mind you I’m 13 weeks pregnant. They refunded my order which is good and all but that doesn’t eliminate health concerns, especially in my case.

Staff was really nice although a little bit slow. Food was good and fresh, portions were sad though, i got barely got any protein in my entrees:( most likely not returning back to this location since i felt like the amount of food wasn’t worth my money

This location is by far the worst location. They are always out of white rice and when asked refuse to make more. Came in at 7:30pm they close at 10 and they told me they would not make anymore white rice. I had a large order for my family but they refused. Would recommend skipping this location all together.
