I come here almost every single day and get the same exact thing every time. I order a tall pink drink with extra strawberry puree which comes out to almost $7. Every day I get a different colored pink drink. When it’s good it’s GOOD. Unfortunately, I get more bad drinks than good. I have reported with the Starbucks live chat agent many times. Unfortunately, the extra puree still rarely gets added.

Same on YOU! My wife and I arrived in the drive thru on Sunday, November 30th, at 09:25pm. No one answered the speaker so we pulled up to the window at 9:27pm and honked. A employee was cleaning, looked up and saw us, and looked back down and shook her head. Then, a lady with very short hair in a red shirt walked up to the drive thru window and rudely motioned her hand like a knife across her neck and walked away.

Your employees should be ashamed. We were there BEFORE your listed closing time to order a coffee and you denied us service.

Your store hours are publicly posted, and specifically state you were open until 9:30pm. Again, SHAME ON YOU!

Inside in closed yet the app let me place a mobile order for in store pick up. So now I get to be late to my own birthday party because I have to sit in the line.
If they had drive through only pick up I wouldnt have ordered. I rarely come to this location because the coffee quality is inconsistent.

I made a mobile order through the drive thru and waited a few minutes before going in line. The line was pretty long (which is expected) but it was going by more quickly than usual and I asked for my order. The lady sounded annoyed and said, “You ordered this 3 minutes ago. We ask you wait for 5 but you can go I guess.” By the time I got to the window it had been 10 minutes and I got my order (iced mocha with a cheese danish) but they only handed me a hot coffee. I’m usually shy but they were already rude so I asked about my cheese danish and iced mocha. She said “oh yeah be right back” and rolled her eyes. She handed me a cheese danish that was cold and that was it. They didn’t seem like there was that many people inside and no one was behind me in line. Not sure if they were having a bad day but they are always rude here. I usually avoid this place because either your order is wrong or the people are rude.

The last three times I have been here each experience got worse. The first experience, one of the baristas wanted to argue with me that cold brew, and chai. Tea latte were the same thing, which I don’t think I need to convince anybody on here that they are indeed not the same thing? My second experience they got my order wrong, gave me coffee …..which ironically I don’t drink coffee and tried to tell me it was a hot chocolate which again I don’t think I need to defend on how those two are not the same thing. Now the third time which was today I go in to order my drink and a danish only to be told that the café is not taking any orders at that time. If you were going to work at a Starbucks….. and a terrible one at that, the least you can do is have good customer service. I have been to my fair share of Starbucks across the United States and I have to say this one in particular is probably hands-down the worst Starbucks from quality to customer experience terrible. Do better.

amazing experience. on our trip out of town we decided to stop for a quick coffee and a few sandwiches, and they provided the fastest service i’ve ever received. all seven of us got our orders in the drive thru in one minute. well done kids, well done.

Hot day today and the drive thru was FOREVER LONG. The lady in front of us was very rude to the girl at the window as we sat and watched the woman send her drink back and sat and made demands. (Mind you it is HOT and the sun is beaming right on that drive thru window) the girl at the window was red headed, with a huge smile on her face the whole time. We finally got to the window and told her she was doing a great job and was better than we were. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a huge smile on her face when you can tell she was VERY overwhelmed and it had been a busy day. THAT GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!! It honestly upset my husband that after all the time and demands the woman in the car in front of us had over A CUP OF COFFEE, she didn’t even tip that cashier. Moral of the story is, tip these people and GIVE THAT RED HEAD A RAISE!

Don’t waste your time with creating a custom order, you will get what you get regardless from this location. I assume they do not prioritize mobile orders because no matter how much time I give them it’s never ready when I get there. Service at best is subpar. I wish Dunkin weren’t so nasty because I would certainly boycott Starbucks! 3/3 wrong drinks this week alone. $27 wasted because it’s nearly impossible to contact customer service for a refund!!
