First time at Raising Cane’s and I’m honestly impressed.

For a fast-food restaurant, the service was shockingly good. The manager was so attentive — she came over several times to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. That kind of care is rare anywhere, but especially in fast food, and it really stood out.

The chicken was fabulous, and let me just say… that sauce is to DIE for. Seriously, it’s what makes the whole meal unforgettable.

My only wish is that they offered grilled chicken options, because everything being fried is a little limiting — but overall this was an amazing first experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Warm regards,

Went in to try canes and was severely disappointed. As I walked in I saw my order on the pick up shelf thats next to the doors. I asked the workers if I needed to tell them my name or check in, in anyway and was told “no”. Immediately went home and noticed my drink had approximately 40% of my cup full of ice even though I ordered no ice due to my sensitive teeth. I ordered two extra canes sauces and didn’t get them. The canes sauce tasted way too salty so probably a good thing I didn’t get the extra one’s but I did still pay for them. The chicken was soggy and flavorless other than the over powering taste of salt. The fries were salty and soggy like the chicken. The coleslaw was watery. Not sure what all the hype is with this place but I will never eat canes again.

Cain’s, longtime favorite, from an even more longtime favorite, I came in on this night expecting to dine, talked about previews frustrations when it came to the sauces offered with the fries, I like a side of sauce with my fries at no extra cost other than with the combo. I expressed a couple difficulties I had in that confusion from prior interactions. The teller was great, I don’t know his name, but he was great. He made sure to let the others know about my meal, had it ready very quickly from the chef. Once the chef came to me with my order he had it in a bag and ready to go. But I was wanting to dine, it’s late at night I can only assume that’s his current regimen. I was provided two extra sauces due to previous misconceptions with sauces being provided with the original combo. When you get the original sandwich combo here it does not come with a side sauce. Sometimes it can be offered if their stock is high, totally understandable. Overall experience is great, I’m able to get home it’s a healthy meal with the sauce for my fries and a sauce for my sandwich. Although the sandwich already has sauce on it, I like to dip my sandwich in the sauce, for extra raising Cane’s goodness. Have a great night, you guys deserves the five-star rating, absolutely.

Stopped in for a quick bite and became quickly awestruck by wait time.

Customer service was actually great by the cashier and second windows.
Food was incredible on my prior visit.
This visit my food was cold, further perplexing me about the situation.

I watched the first three cars I. Front of me each take over 3 minutes each to Kobe from the last windows, 2 of them having to pull to the overflow stalls. The next two vehicles took two to three minutes before I finally got to the pickup window. From there I was able to observe that, quite surprisingly there were at least 5 employees on active duty, based on the time it took to move the line along (15 minute transaction with 5 cars in line) I was certain there would be at most 2 employees on the premises.
Im far less frustrated than curious.

This restaurant is built around a design concept built to maximize efficiency and throughput while maintaining quality.
Somehow today’s visit met this structure operating well below mid.

2:15 pm on February 4th,

Check the team, check the leader.

What was the failure point here?

First things first when the order is correct the food has always been good. The past 3 times we’ve gone whether we ordered for curbside pickup or directly in the drive thru multiple parts of our order is wrong. Today after going through the drive thru we had a total of 4 combos, 2 with no fries extra toast and naked tenders. Both still came with fries and no extra toast even though it was on the receipt that we did order no fries extra toast. One of those combos was entered as “XT Crispy fry” instead of the naked tenders(I believe a misclick on the register as I heard the girl yell for the naked tenders over the intercom). With one of those combos we also asked for half UNSWEET tea half lemonade but it was entered in as a regular Arnold Palmer and they made us a new drink as they were unsure of it was the unsweetened tea. A 3rd combo of ours we ordered an extra toast on the side and did not receive it. We only noticed once we were home. We did check our order at the curbside as they corrected our naked combos and with all the errors in our order overlooked that one toast

Cleon was the one helping make it all right and he was incredibly kind and patient, excellent customer service from him and he should be highlighted for it. He clearly cared that people were getting exactly what they ordered.

I’ve already stated this has happened multiple times to us in the past and I can understand the simple misclick when entering our order, but when the combo is correctly entered ” 3 finger combo, naked, no fry extra toast” and we still get fries no toast there’s a clear communication error or those prepping the order are just not doing their due diligence and fully reading the order. It’s frustrating to continually get such minor modifications to our orders wrong each time we go to this location.

How frequently our order is wrong is why we are considering just taking the extra time and just go to the fort union location because they, even when super busy, manage to always get our orders correct.

Extremely disappointed in the amount of fries compared to the stay orders.
Edit: the amout of fries was pathetic in the small container side. $12 for 3 tenders and a 1/2 of a small McDonald’s fry.

This was our first Raising Cane’s experience. Not super impressed. It was just chicken strips. They weren’t even very big. The sauce was not all that great, it just tasted like fry sauce with lemon pepper in it. It was just eh. The one positive is that the chicken did have good texture. It tasted like chicken.

First impression at the drive thru was not good. Girl took my order and I tried to ask a question and was totally ignored. I ordered two Box combos had to ask for my second drink and once we ate our food, the fries were so salty that we couldn’t even eat them. With Chik fil right next door you need to do better.

Every item in our order was wrong. We returned to the drive through and explained at the ordering speaker that the entire order was incorrect. We were told to pull up to the window, where we were asked again what was wrong, and we repeated the full list of issues. We even held up the food to hand back, but the employee at the window said they were not allowed to take food back. She then walked away.

A manager named Odely came to the window, asked again what was wrong, and then requested the bag of food after we had just been told they could not take it back. She instructed us to pull into a parking spot while they remade the order. We waited even longer, bringing the total time for this ordeal to about 20 minutes.

At no point did the manager Odely apologize for the mistake or the delay, and her attitude made it seem as though fixing the order was an inconvenience. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication and customer service.
