I have given Stella’s two chances, hoping that my experience on the first visit was a fluke. The location is amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better spot overlooking the lake. However, the service left something to be desired. We came for trivia on Tuesday, and it was hot out, I get that. We moved tables to get some relief from the heat and went back to cash out at the end of trivia to find out that our server had already closed our tab because she “couldn’t find us”. She could have found us if she had taken a look around, except we didn’t see her again. It’s not that big of a place and it wasn’t busy. I want to love this place, but I don’t love being treated like an inconvenience by the staff.

Ambiance is amazing. Food is decent. Wine and beer only. I’m a tequila girl myself, so I had the dumplings and Crack fries. Really good garlic sauce. They had a live band and the music was great. The smoking area was next to the playground, so that wasn’t the greatest. Great views and atmosphere to have an evening out with friends.

Had my wedding here and it was beautiful! Absolutely breathtaking! The service was great and very prompt. All of my guests had a great time! The pasta was delicious ! They did not serve one of the 3 pasta options some of my gusts requested. The DJ supplied by the venue also did not play most of the songs guests requested. A lot of my guests asked where their song was. There’s also no shade in the evenings. There was a lack of good alcohol options and lack of communication from the event coordinator. They limit it to the alcohol they have but the selection is not great. All the wine tasted cheap and there was not a sweet wine option. Many of my guests complained about the lack of good choices for alcohol. The venue was not great about communicating anything. I had no idea we had a ready room until 1 month before when my planner asked about it. Nor did I know we should go through a specific vendor for tents or other supplies they had for additional costs. So if you do have a wedding here, then get a planner that knows what questions to ask.

What a wonderful view of the lake and CDA in general. The service was very slow and not on point. Also not much shade at all for very hot sun beaming down right on your face. The music was a solid 2.5 out of 5.

Great venue for a wedding or other event. I attended a wedding. Wonderful views and an intimate building that is open to the air and had a bar (and food. I think it was from a food truck).

Absolutely wonderful view and atmosphere. Food was good. Staff was fabulous for the limited amount they had on hand. Made for long waiting time but gave time to relax and visit.

The view is absolutely stunning. However, the food left much to be desired. Both pasta dishes were very over cooked (mush) and all of the food seemed like they rushed to put it together.
My husband and I were at Stella’s for a work event so, to be fair, we had a very limited menu. Perhaps things would have been different if we were there on a normal night . . . Hard to tell. Most of us went out to eat after the function since this dinner was inedible. I would be hard pressed to recommend this place for any event.

Great view! Nice place. There are corn hole games and swings for kids to play on, but not really for kids. Food is amazing, and you would never believe it came out of a ‘food truck,’ but it was quite expensive, and they have a limited list of beverages (not a full liquor license) . The service was very good, but the hours of 4pm – 8pm doesn’t allow for enjoying a sunset from an awesome location. They had a guy playing a guitar and ‘singing,’ but would have preferred recorded music. I don’t know if we will be back.
