Every time I come to this Chipotle, it’s the same story: barely any meat, a cold and unhelpful manager, and a lobby that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. Floors are sticky, trash is overflowing, and tables are covered in leftovers from who-knows-when.
Meanwhile, the staff stands around like they’re waiting for their shift to end instead of helping customers or cleaning the place up. It’s frustrating to pay full price for half portions and get treated like an inconvenience for even asking.
This location desperately needs better management and some pride in basic customer service. I keep hoping it’ll improve, but at this point, it feels like a lost cause.

I write this sitting in the store. My wife and daughter wanted to eat Chipotle and I didn’t know where one was nearby so I looked it up. All of the stores in the area have less than 3 star reviews with several saying the rice is hard, the food is cold, and the staff is unfriendly and don’t want to be here. I wanted to avoid coming just based on the reviews and my wife asked why I would trust random people’s reviews over her opinion. So we came to settle the debate.
She was right. The staff were pleasant from the moment we walked in and have been the entire time we have been here. The food wasn’t scorching hot but that’s because it sits in bins waiting to be served, but it was still good. Only bad experience is $55 for 3 of us but that’s because I didn’t realize queso and guacamole is extra.
I proclaim to the world now that my wife was right and this place is good to come to. We will be back.

The food at Chipotle is really good. The problem I have with this location is their employees. They are always rude. When you pay $15 for a burrito you should at least get good customer service. I have stopped tipping the staff because they are so bad. I picked up yesterday & the girl that waited on me in the pickup lane opened the the window & literally said “what do you want” handed me my order & slammed the window shut. Unacceptable & shows that this location is poorly managed.

If they don’t have ingredients, they will make your food and send it on delivery with either replacements of their choosing or omitting ingredients altogether instead of just canceling the order. Customer service has zero overhead and can increase revenue tenfold. Management and training is seriously lacking. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and there is no steak in the bowl.

My bowl was missing nearly every ingredient, the food was cold, and the rice wasn’t even fully cooked. This is completely unacceptable for a Chipotle, and unfortunately it’s become a recurring issue every time I visit this location. I also attempted to request a refund through the app and was only offered a free queso for my next visit, which doesn’t address the problem at all. This level of service is unacceptable, and something at this location needs to change.

My children absolutely love chipotle. Unfortunately I cringe every time they ask and we are near this location. This is the 3rd time in a row they have been out of things. This time I asked for a quesadillas. And he proceeded to tell me they don’t have tortillas. When I could obviously see tortillas. Glad my kids got what they wanted but sad for a hard working single mother to not get dinner.

This is the most disappointing chipotle I have ever been to. My impression of the entire chain has been impacted negatively because of this specific location. The rice was dry, the portions were way too small compared to other chipotles. The seasonings were off and bland – my usual tasted nothing like it normally does. This is the closest chipotle to home and We will never return. I’d rather drive to Nashville for my favorite burrito. Save your stomach from disappointment and dodge this place.

I just went to this chipotle few mins ago, usually my experience was on top but this time was not at all. The lady who’s in the cold section was very rude! Need to be trained! And the guy on the hot section didn’t even asked me what type of chicken I want and scoop the chicken that I don’t want, I let it slide because everyone made a mistake but then this lady asked him and she treat me not nice! Visited this location today after being restricted from eating for 24 hours due to a medical procedure. I wanted something fresh and light. Chipotle did not disappoint. Walked in a little after noon with no line. The employees were smiling and friendly. I asked for extra protein and let them know I was happy to pay extra. They nicely obliged. They prepped my bowl with the exact ingredients I asked for. The food was fresh and sustained my ride home back to Nashville. I’d visit this location again.
