I’m extremely dissatisfied with my “sub”. Literally like 4-5 pieces of pepperoni and barely any cheese! Paying damn near $8 for this is ridiculous!

Ordered online, got home and was disappointed to see that my sub was made wrong and the bread was clearly not fresh. It was squished, hard & crusty (so probably 3-4 days old!!). Supposed to have extra cheese but there were a whopping 2 pieces of cheese and way too much spicy pepperoni. I mean really?? The Subway in Walmart has always been poor, won’t ever order on the app again I’d rather see it made in front of me so I KNOW IT’S FRESH & CORRECT.

Dissatisfied with the service. The lady at the counter was wearing iPods in both ears. Waiting 10-15 for her to acknowledge me. She didn’t give me the kind of bread at first, then I had to remind her which one I wanted. Then she started waiting on the next customer in line. Then I told her I wanted pepper jack cheese and she totally gave me a different one. Don’t think I will be coming back. After spending almost $12 for my meal.

A clean and tidy eating area greeted me as I entered. The food prep area was organized and well kept. The staff were friendly and attentive.
I eat at A LOT of Subways and this particular store is one of my favorites. Exceptionally well run!

So slow every. single. time. Don’t even start your mobile order after it’s supposed to be done.
Edit: Got told to “kick rocks” and banned for saying they’re slow — which they are, even when they had two people working. This time, it was one big order ahead of mine and just the owner on duty, who somehow had time to argue in the reviews but not make a sandwich. If that’s the energy, I’ll gladly take my appetite elsewhere, and it won’t be anywhere ran by Zach.

The food was good, but having both workers talk to me at the same time was difficult. As a small business owner I already have a lot going on in my mind so questions from two people at once short circuited my brain. It didn’t help when I ordered an all american club and one of the questions was what do you want on it. Umm, what it comes with was what came out of my mouth. Having the lady ask my son (not jokingly) how he can deal with me because I was crazy is how you lost the potential four star review.

Came in an hour after opening and the place doesn’t look like it had been cleaned from the night before. Half the tables were dirty, messes under all the table and the drink station was a mess. There were 2 employees working and both left for a smoke break.

my toasted sub was wet, idk how because it only had very few toppings and light sauce, it was stuck to the paper, it was just gross. I was over charged for my combo because I had a coupon she charged full price for the drink and side. I said I thought that was wrong and she gave me a dirty look. I’m really sorry the menu said make it a combo for 2.50, she charged the individual prices and she obviously don’t care I said i was going to complain and she shrugged her shoulders. I will never come to this subway again, staff are rude, obviously not trained properly, and food was not properly prepared.
