The food is always pretty good and not too expensive for the quality you get. It’s about $10-13 for their meals per person. If you come after the lunch rush the dining room might be a little dirty. However, it’s typically pretty clean and the service is always nice.

Currently- over 15 mins in drive thru for a single custard in the car in front of me only had a single custard. 7:45 PM no in-store traffic and very small drive-through line. Additionally, when I pulled up to the window, it was absolutely disgusting inside that store. Whoever operates this Store needs to do better. Highly disappointed.

First time trying Freddy’s. Found a hair in my cheese curds and all my food was just thrown in the bag like nobody gave a damn. 40 bucks for a burger combo and 2 kids meals Ordered a jalapeño burger and all the jalapeños were just thrown at the bottom of the bag. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The staff was kind and considerate, taking our order promptly and even bringing it to our table—a thoughtful touch! We had the cheeseburger and chili fries, tater tots, and their chicken sandwich club, which was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and the ice cream was the perfect treat to top off the meal. The excellent service and welcoming atmosphere made our visit even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

We like the food, but it appears they continue to have difficulties with staffing. We hadn’t been through the drive-thru in quite a while due to how extremely slow it was in the past. I went today and it was just as slow. The service was courteous, I know it’s something they can’t help, but by the time my food arrived it was already lukewarm. I kept turning my car off so as not to waste gas. I can’t speak to the service indoors, we haven’t done that recently. But again, we do enjoy the food, hopefully the staffing issue will resolve.

It was our first visit to Freddy’s. We ordered the grilled cheese burger, prime rib burger, tots, fries, and turtle shakes. The food was fabulous! Loved the different fry sauces. We wish we knew we could get malts. When we asked the cashier some questions about the sandwiches and told her it was our first time there, we got stared at. This isn’t in an area we travel to much, so we’ll probably order delivery if we get it again.

Like many recent reviews, this place has become a train wreck when it comes to service. My son really enjoys the food, but this location is always dirty, the service is slow and based on my last visit, the staff doesn’t care about the customers.
We stopped in on a Friday and understood it would be busier than normal. After waiting in line for about five minutes, we reached the counter and were told, “I’ll be right with you.” The staff member then proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes making custard while we stood there waiting. We had to wipe down our own table. There was food on the floor. I thought about leaving a couple times.
This place has gone downhill fast, which is a shame. There are too many other good places to eat that actually care about their customers. This will be the last time we visit this location.

Incredible place for a good snack or meal.
The service is amazing!!! And I don’t have to worry about being asked for a tip. The only thing that would make them perfect is if they added salads and fish sandwiches to their menu.
But I love the music, the people, and the parking, I really like how easy it is to have a break from a hectic week or day, at Freddy’s.
To be a fast food restaurant it’s more than I expected.

Great customer service, good food!! Received our food, ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. Didn’t receive the bacon on it, went to the cook it had been rung up wrong. They fixed it in minutes no questions asked. Food was really good. We will be back

Overall a great experience – my son was really impressed with the burger & chili cheese fries.
The guy who was at the cash register (blue jeans/glasses) definitely needs a raise. He was so friendly & helpful with everyone. They forgot to make our ice cream & then made it incorrectly but it was still a 5-star experience because that one guy went out of his way to have awesome customer service.
