We had a meeting that we were attending and needed to bring some sort of food. We popped over to Pizza Hut orders five pizzas. They were super fast, fresh, so clean and friendly. It was a great experience, when we needed something on short notice.

We love this location! We drove 45 minutes so we could have a dine-in experience for our family reunion. The staff was so helpful to accommodate us and the order turned out great. We wanted our kids to experience the same nostalgia as kids and would love to see more “classic” restaurants back again!

Pros:
(1) Employees are friendly and personable – and not in like a fake way. Just has a feeling that this location must have good management that treats their employees well
(2) Pizza is hot and fresh
(3) Has dine-in available (March 2023)
(4) No tips required or asked for, due to no table service – you order your food at the counter, and you’re in charge of your drinks, plates, napkins, etc. More places need to be like this Pizza Hutt and skip out on mandatory table service

(1) I wish there were more Pizza Hut locations like this one!

Manager disappointed me this time. We ordered as a family (husband and I, and my little one 2 years old) after making a Wings and Large Pizza Order, we tried ordering a single drink and the manager insisted we couldn’t order just one because that wasn’t fair for the restaurant as it was free refill. I explained we have always done it this way, I never (even at home) drink and beverages during meals, I don’t allow my toddler to drink sodas, my husband is the only one who really always gets a drink. Even after explaining him, he treated us like if we wanted to steal soda from the restaurant, but I repeatedly told him I will only take a water cup. Worse part was he insisted, got mad at us, and left to the back, leaving the cups on the counter and telling us “just keep it” like if we couldn’t pay $4, paying $4 was not an issue, but we didn’t needed 3 cups when we don’t drink soda!!!. We ended up just living the place and heading back home. Broke heart my little one wanted to stay there to eat.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order around 7:00 PM with a delivery estimate of 7:47–7:57 PM. That time came and went with no update. At 8:10 PM, I called the store and was told the driver “just left,” even though the online tracker still showed my order as “in preparation.” When I asked for an updated ETA or any kind of compensation, the employee repeatedly went silent and eventually offered only $2, which felt dismissive considering how late the order was.
When I politely asked for her name, she refused to answer and hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold, and after avoiding the question again, she finally said her name was “Courtney,” but her behavior made that questionable. My order didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM—well over an hour after I ordered.
The lack of communication, the unprofessional attitude, and the way I was treated as a customer were completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be ignored, hung up on, or spoken to this way.

This Pizza Hut and their drivers are really good at getting your food to you nice and hot.. Their drivers are also friendly and courteous.. Not so much when Door Dash is used..
