This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Bojangles. I gave two stars for service because we did actually get refunded for the terrible food. The rice was so mushy, almost mashed potatoes consistently. The chicken sandwich was awful. So unfortunate, but I understand restaurants have bad day. I just won’t return to this particular one.

I am hoping that the name on my receipt today is the name of the lady who helps us every Friday morning. This location stays SO busy. I can tell they some times seem to need more employees. There is all the reason in the world to be too busy to be kind and warm to customers. Kisha never is. She is always warm at the counter and at the window. She ensures orders are correct and that needs are met. It is clear that she graciously helps her teammates from all areas of the restaurant. My son insists that I take him to Bojangles before school on Fridays. I never mind because Kisha makes the experience so pleasant. She has become a crucial part of our Friday tradition. If she is not management, she should be. If she hasn’t had a raise in a while- she needs one. I am always happy to leave good reviews for people who care about what they do. With the entitled, rushed, and harsh world we live in today, it is easy not to take the moment to be decent, present, and kind- Kisha goes the extra mile every single time. THANK YOU!

This is the weirdest Bojangles I have ever been to. I had a hankerin for a Cheddar Bo (which they didn’t even have on the menu). The Drive Thru was run by a computer which couldn’t even understand me. Then the cashier was completely blocked from view so I had to order from some kiosk some food which I didn’t even want!!! Bojangles your food is NASTY your biscuits are covered in CRISCO your Borounds taste like GREASE. Maybe invest your money in food that doesn’t taste like garbage instead!!!

I went through the drive through and a young lady named Aisha or Kisha was working the window. I ordered 2 wing dinners with French fries and coleslaw and sweet tea. The order system was ok but as soon as I got to the window it was a totally different experience. Let’s just say the food was great but it’s easier to get distracted when talking with our co workers. I said hello how’s your day nothing. It only takes one interaction. I won’t be back.

Whenever I come here the employees are all so welcoming and friendly, the food is good and hot, and when it’s not too busy it’s almost instantly when I get my food, I know there are some bad days but they always satisfy.

I’d like for anyone to read this to understand just how awful this experience must have been for me to USE TIME ON MY LUNCH BREAK just to express how UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT the freckle face, lighter skin manager is.
