My meal tonight was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, we were greeted with a I’m small. Sign congratulating us on the table reserve for us.
The standout appetizer for me was a ceviche dish of raw fish with strawberries and several flavored oils with onion. It was light, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. My wife had a starter which was a Peruvian soup, and it was delicious, but for me, can’t compare with the ceviche.
As an entree, my wife got scallops on sweet potato puree with a risotto side, and I ate braised short ribs. Both were exceptionally delicious and perfectly cooked.
The service was attentive. The environment was quiet and pleasant this being a Monday night, in the location convenient and accessible with plenty of parking.
We’d only been to Selva once before years ago, and clearly that’s a mistake that we should repair.

One of my favorite places to eat in Bradenton.
The atmosphere is splendid, the service is impeccable. The bar is large and accommodating. TVs are there, but not in your face or loud.
The food is superb. No other way to put it.

We had an incredible experience celebrating New Year’s Eve again at Selva Grill UTC! The team is consistently welcoming and conscientious. Every detail, from the thoughtful recommendations offered by our waiter Frank to the beautiful plating, made the night truly enjoyable . The New York Strip and Surf & Surf special were delicious and perfect portions. I recommend trying Selva’s flavorful Caesar salad starter along with a specialty martini when you visit. Five-star hospitality and a perfect spot for any special occasion!

We ordered a two types of ceviche and the crab cakes. The ceviche was okay but not superb like of their places I’ve visited. The crab cake was delicious though. Our server was very attentive and kind and the atmosphere very quiet and peaceful during the afternoon.

I brought a Good friend of mine to introduce her to Selva. It has been one of my favorite restaurants in the Lakewood Ranch area for a number of years. As usual, the food was spectacular. The presentation is so beautiful that it starts the experience, chefs sauces and preparation are spot on. We had the spring rolls and tuna for an appetizer, both incredible. I enjoyed the swordfish special, It was cooked perfectly, and the presentation was so colorful and beautiful. She had the lamb and said it was the best lamb that she’s ever had. William, our server suggested the Tres leches for dessert and it was a perfect choice, we loved it.
The team at Selva is first class. The host team is always so welcoming and professional.
Our server, William and assistant server Harold didn’t miss a beat. Wine service was outstanding and the way they paced out our experience was a 10.

I have been to their downtown location and this new location before but it’s been over a year
Last night was a party of 6.
My tuna entree was barely room temperature and the waiter even recommended this choice. what really stood out was his failure to check on our table after the entrees were served to make sure we were good. He also failed to ask if 2 of us wanted another beverage as our glasses sat empty for at least 1.5 hours…
Isn’t that how they make more $$
This place charges top dollar which is fine but the table Service was diner level last night.
I find the staff at flower child and Pura vida to be 2x as welcoming and on the ball, and they aren’t even expecting tips !!

Had a great experience here! We had a birthday lunch. The service was attentive and welcoming, The food was well-prepared, with the fried calamari standing out as my favorite very crispy and flavorful, ceviche was good. I also loved the passion fruit Pisco Sour; it was balanced, refreshing, and delicious. The ambiance was warm and elegant,creating a great atmosphere for dining. Plus, lots of parking. Overall, a solid spot for good food and drinks, and I’d definitely return!
