Absolutely disgusting. The kitchen is unhygienic, the tables are filthy, and the staff is completely incompetent—they have no training and mess up all the portions. The worst part? I literally saw saliva fall from a worker’s mouth into the food while serving. This place is a health hazard. Shut this branch down immediately.

Ordered a delivery through the chipotle app and i don’t know nor care who the cooking team was but they did not follow directions nor cared to follow directions. Requested a SIDE of sour cream all for them to STILL put it in the bowl not to mention as soon as I put my hand in the bag sour cream was all over my hand. The side of sour cream in the portion cup was overflowing not to mention half closed. In the picture presented it literally does not say “sour cream”
Not to mention the chips were SUPER SALTY and SOUR indicating that the portion sizes were not considered nor did they care to taste the food before they give it to the customer! They just threw everything together!!!!! They got a 2.6 rating for a reason. Proceed with caution

I must say I was flabbergasted by so many negative reviews, as I frequent this location at least weekly. I believe these reviews must be prior to new management. I also know that this restaurant is in a busy location and sees a lot of people at any given hour. So, perhaps, this explains the complaints regarding occasional lack of supplies and items. This might also explain how, depending on when one comes, one might not see a perfectly clean space– when the restaurant is highly busy back-to-back without time to re-tidy in-between. But, in my experience, the service is amazing! Also, it’s obvious that they are eager to improve and to make things right whenever a problem is brought to their attention. Although I certainly am not a fan of messiness or lack of items or supplies, I am willing to temporarily overlook and give the benefit of the doubt when there’s great service and considering that the constant busyness leaves little down time to restock and clean sometimes.

As much as I love Chipotle, this is the worst managed location I have seen.
– All tables remained dirty and unclean
– Napkins not re-stocked
– Trash cans overflowing
– Most drinks left empty
– Location charges extra for salad dressing (the only one I know of)
– Drunk kids allowed to lay down and loiter on property
Even when I asked for the area to be serviced, only napkins were restocked. Employees and manager appear oblivious to the issues and act like it’s someone else’s problem to address. I was pretty astonished.

Stood in line easily 10 minutes with 6 people in front of us. The counter
was out of at least 3 meat choices. When I asked if there was any barbacoa, the girl verified that there was none and asked someone in the cooking area if they were making any and was told no and they’d have to cook it?!??!? We were told it would take 10 minutes. We set our timer for 15 minutes and when nothing changed, we left. The workers were unconcerned and, as has been noted by other reviewers, the restaurant was unclean and disorganized. To top it off, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned with barely any TP and no hand towels. This location needs major overhauling and new management!!

They did not disappoint. I ordered online for pickup not realizing there’s a pickup drive thru which I think is super cool! Especially after an exhausting day like I had and you don’t want to get out of the car. Good, fresh, hearty bowl! All my ingredients as in my bowl and all my side items were in with my order. Oh! And whoever cooked that Asiago chicken (my fave that should stay on the menu permanently) had it seasoned and cooked to perfection!

So many bad reviews of this location, so I had to check it out for myself. Overall, it doesn’t seem too far off from other Chipotle locations. Everyone making the food was wearing gloves. The service was not fast but they weren’t moving incredibly slow. The white rice was definitely over saturated with lime juice. I saw someone in the back making more and they just poured a whole jug of lime juice in the bowl of rice. Water was pooling around the bathrooms and they were not very clean. Drinks were full, but they did just open. Definitely room for improvement but not the horrible mess others have described.

The only way to fix this train wreck of a restaurant is to fire the manager and maybe everyone on staff. When we arrived, it became very evident that NOTHING had been cleaned. Tables were dirty, trash overflowing, and beverage spills all over the counters. From what I saw, the employee responsible for cleaning was too busy loitering behind the counter flirting with the female employees. The employees responsible for the food line were too busy making inside jokes to pay attention to the customers they were serving. I don’t know what the cooks we’re doing, but they were clearly too busy doing something else because several popular food items were unavailable. Unheard of for a Chipotle. My wife and I were excited to have a Chipotle in our neighborhood, but we will never visit again and I recommend everyone else steer clear as well.

Sadly the worst experience in one of our favorite places.. the owner of this place needs to pay attention to this place!! Is nasty, was short of staff, one guy cooking/burning the meat, taking orders in the drive-thru and prepping orders, and one counter person with her eyelashes about to fall off in the food, the kitchen was a complete disaster, if the health department shows up youll will be closed!! All tables are duty, trash cans are full, floors are a mess, and almost no food prep. I spend $50 and the worst food and service. We came home to eat and we couldn’t even eat the chips, greasy, stale, and extremely salty. My advice save yourself from disappointment. All reviews about this particular place on McCain Boulevard are accurate. The owner owes me a refund!

Placed a mobile order. When I got my bowl, it was missing almost a quarter of how much it normally has. Started eating it and it was ice cold. Normally I go to the one in Conway and never have any issues with them. This is my first time at the NLR one and I will never be coming back here. For spending $20, this is shit. Don’t waste your money here
