I’ve been to City Limits a few times, but the last time was probably like 10 years ago. The vibes inside feel like a small town diner, but with a really big space. We went to get some breakfast on a Saturday morning and while we were a couple of just a few customers eating inside, they constantly were getting to go orders. We ordered a couple of the baninis, specifically the Southern Banini and the Egg & Cheese Banini. They even have an option where you can just get egg whites! The bagels are freshly made and you can pretty much choose whichever one you want. In addition to these my boyfriend also got a coffee and I got the pomegranate green tea. Their pomegranate green tea was a little sweeter than I was expecting, but yummy nonetheless. Parking is really easy with a big shared lot right out front. Since we went for breakfast this time, I would be curious to see what their food is like for their other meal times!

Was a delightful meal. I was really looking for a healthy option and decided to stop at sprouts for a salad. After seeing an $18 price tag on a premade salad wrapped in plastic and $9 for a loaf of bread I changed my mind and happened on this spot. The cashier was delightful and the menu options were great. My wife’s breakfast sandwich was perfect. It was a bagel sandwich pressed in a panini press. I had the Santee fe salad. Get both dressings. I wasn’t sure that I got the bbq chicken because of the appearance but it came with a side of bbq sauce. It was tender and flavorful so I had no complaints there.

I absolutely love this place whenever I’m in town, a little on the pricier side but huge portions and fresh ingredients. I got the Reuben on sourdough panini and it was fantastic. Their half salads are basically whole ones. The ceasar is amazing!

My favorite small business cafe in town!! Make sure to get a croissant (they’re massive and delicious) and a sandwich to go! The staff is nothing but sweet every time, and I always love my order – which goes a long way. Not to mention, the prices are some of the best in town for a good meal!

Searched for food with greater than 4.5 stars and away from the congested areas. Was not disappointed!

I had a turkey sandwich, my wife ate a tuna salad sandwich and both were very tasty! The tuna was a little dry, but otherwise the food was very good. We added on a lobster bisque and that turned out to be really good as well.

They run out of breakfast items pretty quick, so if you’re showing up later during business hours, you’ve now been warned and can’t get mad.

Bathrooms were clean and tidy, well stocked with soap.

This last piece may turn others away, but I’m a train lover – and the place sits less than 25 feet away from active tracks. You’ll know when one goes by.

All in all, I definitely recommend this place to anyone out looking to get away from the Starbucks or other fast food joints.

I love city limits! I usually order my food and drinks via delivery, but it is still very clear that the staff truly cares about their customers. Delicious food and drinks for a great price. Keep being amazing!

Great little breakfast place. Wait was not to long and our orders were out quickly. I had the Huevos Rancero breakfast sandwich which was very delicious. If like cream cheese, this is the one for you. Coffee was good to which is a must at a breakfast shop. The party I went with said they enjoyed their meals as well. Would recommend!

Fabulous little sandwich shop! We had the Cuban panini and the turkey, pear and Brie panini. Both sandwiches were delicious but the turkey with pear and Brie was my favorite. The baked potato salad is a must get side, even if it is an up charge! We also had a toasted marshmallow latte.

20 mins away from Downtown Nashville, this bakery & cafe, holds its own and delivers on what a bakery & cafe promises to be.

Great baked goods. My favorite was Orange Blossom Muffin and it tastes better than it sounds. I can drive back just for the muffin. So many options to choose from the pastries section – the croissants look good too for my next time.

They do have seasonal lattes and plenty of coffee options with variety of milk options. Everyone is priced reasonably. If you’re lookin for a heavier breakfast, all you can find is banini & bagels . For more elaborate breakfast, this is probably not it. Coffee wasn’t the best I had ever, but I’m not complaining since they’ve priced it right.

One of the advantages of driving away from the city for breakfast, is you don’t have to find street parking or overpay at the paid parking lot. You’ll find plenty of parking spaces in their lot.

You do place your own order and they’ll call your name when your order is ready to be picked up at the pickup station. If you order brewed/drip coffee, they’ll hand you a cup and you can choose from the 7-8 options at the coffee station including French roast, breakfast blend etc.

Staff was extremely friendly. Overall, my experience was great and I’ll definitely be going there again for my pastries fix.
