The drive-thru staff here is amazing—quick, efficient, and on point every time. My order was perfect, and I really appreciate that the location has the street address clearly displayed on the back of the building, centered with a bright light above it. It makes finding the right spot for pickup orders so easy.

Went to try the “Y2K” menu simply because of the chilli cheese burrito and the apple empanada. I purchased 3 burritos at $2.99 each. I get home and open my food to find GD party size burritos! Don’t waste your money, buyer beware. Shrinkflation! Total of my order was $12.95.

I give it 4 stars because the food is really good, but the service sucks. Lady had me waiting at the register to order for 5min. She saw me while she was working drive thru and looking at the kiosk as if I’m supposed to use it to order. There is no personal service in using a kiosk and I won’t use kiosk to help eliminate jobs for humans. When she did take my order, she is rushing me bc she is the only one back there. She’s giving me the total before I’m even done. SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT and the floors need cleaned.

horrible customer experience it’s been 20 minutes and I haven’t gotten my food there is crumbs and sticky residue on the tables and seats I suggest not to go to this taco bell if you want to dine it im very hungry and thirsty and cold no heat or ac there’s no toilet paper and the toilet seat is dirty.
