Taco bell is one of our favorite restaurants due to the wonderful employees we usually meet within each taco bell industry. However, this trip I took to try this Taco bell was AWFUL. I had never seen such a disrespectful manager. The older gentleman that works there was entirely rude to his staff, being disrespectful saying the harshest things I think an employee should not be hearing. I will not be coming to this establishment until that problem has been solved. I want to feel comfortable where I eat, not where I should be worried for the employees. Its just sad. He was even rude towards OTHER customers! Unbelievable. Do better.

i have been waiting in the drive through for over and hour and a half on 1/20/26. and this isn’t the first time either. they always forget something when i place a mobile order. when you do get your food everything is always spilled out of the bag and a complete mess. and when you get to the window they say “pull up we’ll have your food out” then proceed to make you wait another 15 minutes. they do that because they are timed with the service in the drive through. definitely would NOT recommend coming here.

I didn’t receive my sauces I ordered. My chicken Quesadilla had the sauce all over instead of inside and also stuck to the paper when I tried to pull apart to eat.
The restaurant atmosphere made me feel like it didn’t matter as I could see 3 to 4 people in a break room I assume. Not sure what happened to the customer service at this location. I’m very disappointed.

Management as effectively made this Taco Bell location a horrible experience, lowered the quality of food, workers moral, and enviroment. If you get your order in a timely manner be prepared to hear every swear word in the book. They belittle the customer, each other and management. My advice is to check everything before leaving the building as 9 times out of 10 something is missing or made wrong.

Once I finally received service at the counter, the cashier was friendly. But teamwork definitely isn’t their strong suit — long lines, an even longer wait, and a few missing items. We still go back, though, because my daughter loves Taco Bell like it’s her lifeline.

I shouldn’t even give a star as my 3 cheese chicken flatbread didn’t say add tomatoes. I’m allergic to tomatoes. Thank god I check my food before I eat it. Why is it that every taco no employee can learn to read. If it says lettuce extra cheese sour cream no chipotle sauce then it should have that on it. I even put a pic of what it says on it. Tomatoes no. I’m allergic to them.

Nothing wrong with my food or anything, but the manager Cory was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Was very short and quick when I tried ordering and openly was belittling his wonderful employee Renée. All over something simple that he forgot to ask, so she did instead and he wasn’t accepting his mistake. Renée was absolutely sweet and took care of everything I needed

Probably the worst Taco Bell in existence. Between incompetent management and workers who don’t care. Food was burnt. None of it was right – literally ordered a chicken taco with just chicken. JUST CHICKEN- nothing else. Repeated it several times. Ended up with loaded tacos. Great for people who have allergies- When ordering at the drive through, the girl was rude, didn’t even get the order right and acted like everything was a bother. Save time and go somewhere else
